I’ve come to 29 Nail Salon a few times since it’s close to home and convenient. While I’ve had good experiences before, my last two visits have been disappointing. The manicures felt rushed and not as neat as I expected (photo attached - just 2 days after manicure), and I also noticed the staff didn’t seem as friendly or welcoming as in the past. I hope the salon can improve on both quality and customer service moving forward.

This place is so cute. The staff is super friendly and talented. I had a bad set from another salon and they fixed me up. I love my nails.

I’ve been coming here for 3 years and Nana has never once let me down. She always kills it with my nails and her attention to detail is amazing. I have social anxiety and she always makes sure I’m comfortable without making me feel awkward. She’s not just talented, she’s genuinely kind and makes the whole experience so easy and relaxing. Highly recommend her to anyone! 💅🏼✨

Definitely a great place to go to get pedicures. They are ver affordable and they an amazing job. Very sanitary. New tools every time I go.

Your average Asian nail salon, always get gel polish if you don't want your paint to chip. Wouldn't recommend getting acrylic nails here or any salon - just look up a nail tech on instagram because all salon experiences are the same. Only come for basic color gel mani pedi. They don't do complicated designs so don't expect it. But for something simple it's perfect. Place is very clean.

If I could give this place a "0" star I would. I got my nails filled on a Saturday and they were completely chipped by Monday (shame on me because this was the second time this happened!). I even used nail glue to glue down the big flakes of polish. Due to a busy work week, I went in Wednesday after work (4 days post getting nails done); I was there at 7:30pm to explain what happened and they would not take me because they close at 8pm. I asked if they could just fix the 3 very chipped nails and they proceeded to tell me to come back in the morning (although this is not the point, but we are leaving for vacation in the early morning). I asked for a gift card to redeem next time I came in and they said, "no." I will never go back again. Horrible customer service and obviously old/cheap product. And although this is petty, I was never a fan of the vibe; it was always a place of convenience for me. But their is no ambiance - other than the complimentary "Cooks"Champagne --- if your into getting headaches.

Great service that was quick! Not sure of the bad reviews but both times I have been here has been great. Highly recommend and I will be coming here again.---The phone line was busy, so I went on their website to make an appointment on the weekend. They called me to confirm the day before and booked two gel manicures and chairs massages for a friend and I. We got the manicures finished within 30 minutes, and 2 weeks later, I still have no chips or peeling whatsoever.

I was really happy with my nails I did French powder and a regular pedicure all reasonably priced….however …all the tools were dirty. I do not recall the cuticle cutters being taken out of a sterile package…a new file wasn’t used she actually used my file and when she was done gave it to the lady next to me for her to use (ew) and the drill bit and buffing block were also old and used. Truly disgusting and unsanitary I hope I don’t get some kind of nail fungus. Please do better…..

The people who work there are super rude, I didn't even get to the door and they sent me away like a puppy! They didn't even answer my question, they practically didn't want to assist me and I don't understand why, I'm very kind. But they were about to get on my nerves
