Im across the street so i am here around 3/4 times a day no lie. Literally only one person there that doesn't use vulgar disgusting language and actually care about good customer service. Only one that is constantly cleaning and respectful. She said shes leaving soon, when she does, Im not coming back.

Went there on Sunday 5/4/2025. Worst experience ever! I purchased 2 large coffees, grab both cups and one of the lids popped off, spilling scalding hot coffee all over my hand by the enterance of the store. The two cashiers were not helpful at all. Another customer had to ask them for napkins, which we tried to clean up as best as possible with the few napkins given, mind you it was a large coffee. While this is happening, the two cashiers were standing behind the counter speaking another language and never offered any help and left the spill by the front doors. I then proceeded to go and make another cup of coffee, where one cashier finally decided to come out from behind the counter to follow me, only to let me know that she was going to charge me for another cup of coffee. The customer service there is appalling! These two cashiers should not be allowed to run a shift at all!!! They didn’t even ask if I was ok and left the spill there which is a liability in itself, basically, the owner of this franchise should be teaching them proper customer service! Two days later my hand is still all swollen and red! Will never go there again!

Walked in at 945pm last night, girl behind counter on phone, walked in zero coffee was made. main reason I stopped there. Asked if she could make didn’t even knowledge I was there, be the last time ever stopping at that location. Usually stop for coffee but never just that so will take my money elsewhere. Should have taken her photo so I could have posted here.

Terrible customer service Digna she I s Terrible and refuses to accept coupons that they gave me.and she was rude to me. I will never buy anything from 7 eleven again. Promise.

NY State allows the use of Credit or Debit to purchase lotto, mega and PowerBall. All they have to do is Google to see that it was changed. Stopped here so I wouldn't have to later. I'll be going to the 7-11, or 1 of 2 gas stations by my house later today that sell lotto. Your customer service sucks.

Worst experience ever.. ladies both had an additude, when getting a hot dog for my 2 year old in the warmer drawer bread had mold asked to put fresh and even the fresh bag of bread had mold.. this calls for immediate corporate.. very disappointed.. I barely post reviews but this one needs to be heard.. I regret having stopped here...

lost me as a customer reallydeserves no starsa bigger dump if you ask me filthy as hell new manager cursed at me tall slender black hair lady pakistani or indian and threatening to me willing to call cops for doing nothing wrong they lost a ten year customer forever went down the drain this place verymessy need to get out of business no games and no joke next time i should call police on her maybe they can get other investigators involved

I tend to stop at this particular location because it's on the way home from work...I never learn my lesson. Employees are either on their phones or complaining how they rather be home drinking. No coffee, the two that have very little in were old and just disgusting. The grab and go hot foods have obviously been sitting out for hours on that warming tray. Burnt and dried out. I'm so disgusted with this location as well as the one near 101 on horseblock. I wonder what the BOH would say walking into this location at 10pm...
