I went to this location on the morning of 6/2/25. I had made an order for pickup and showed up about 10 min earlier to the 30 min time suggested for pickup. No big deal. I go inside and see that my order was started and I only needed 3 items for an oil change. Only 1 item was on the cart for pick up. No one was in the store as they were outside getting food. I then asked the gentleman how many 5qt oil containers I can bring back with used oil. He tells me 1. He also advised me that I would have to wait for the container back because they don’t keep containers. This is the issue. My brother is a regional manager of WNY and when I called him to ask the policy it states that I can bring back 5 5qt containers and that advance will dispose of container. I posted a picture of their policy for the return of used oil. Do better and stop being lazy so that you can eat the food you just got from the food truck

They won't honor lifetime warranty if you don't have original packaging or over 2 year old part, even if you have original receipt. The young white boy with black hair laughs about your disbelief about new warranty policy. He needs to be fired.

past year of me gettin a new battery 3 times, they never want to install it nor test it like how it says on the advance auto app/website, no advance auto part place does it unfortunately yet they love to mention it, I dont understand why people just install a battery and test it for people, it’s not hard to do that, a guy in riverhead did that, but he was kind enough to let me use tools to replace it on my own and give it back, nice experience, great employee. no one cared to even help me with a battery, instead told me to buy the tools so i can install it myself, jesus, just stop talking about free installation and testin if yu’re not going to do them at all nor help in any way at least.battery is a 10-10
