Wonderful. Battery was dead and was able to get a jump start and get to this store.
Gary changed the battery in a flash and I was on my way in 5 minutes!!

went to pick up a part order today and unfortunately the staff was not very willing to help. after getting the part i found out it was damaged and did not work.

Excellent place. Professional people who work there have great knowledge. Had a problem with battery took their time out to check it and was bad. Received a new one under warranty, say less about Auto Zone who can not be bothered to cover warranty's.

Don’t say that you install car batteries and then don’t staff for it. You lost out on a sale because you “only have two people working”! Never coming to any of your stores again!

My mistake buying their cheapest battery but it wasn't any good after 6 months. I had 2 mechanics tell me the battery was the source of my problems. Advance autoparts has their own "battery tester" that is rigged and if their device says the battery is working then they wontet you exchange or refund. That's a total steal and they would not work with me at all. I'm not happy with their service and will make sure to speard the word about how awful their customer service is.
