I'm not sure why I wasted my time stopping in here. . I brought in my vacuum, and man only briefly looked at it ..said " this machine is going to need a lot of repair." He wouldn't give me an estimated price and said.." you can't get parts for this machine.," even though it's only about 2 years old. So I left there, went to a vacuum repair about 10 miles away, and lo and behold, the woman actually ran the machine, said, "we can get this tuned up and have it as good as new! " ( and the price was more than reasonable. ). I will never waste my time again at Aerus.

This place has the worst owner! their policies are all about them not the consumers!! Do not buy anything at this store...

Stopped in here once the elderly man was sitting talking on the phone waited 15 minutes and left I then went to another store and got the vacuum I desired..A lot of these little stores around Patchogue are not very well run over priced and under staffed makes you think how they stayed in business as long as they have..This guy was on the phone no other employee in sight I was like whatever good bye..
