Well let me start by saying what wonderful people work at this place. Walter is the guy to ask for, but all the staff is great. We drove 2 hours (from Connecticut) and didn't expect the treatment we received .. They worked with us and we drove back to Connecticut with a car from their lot. They made sure the car was safe to take that drive back.. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a car. THE BEST EXPERIENCE AND TREATMENT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM A CAR DEALERSHIP...

Highly recommend coming here, first time I bought a vehicle from a dealership and it was a awesome experience, my salesman Dino was a great dude took alot of time walking me through the lot helping me find exactly what i was looking for. Helped me out a ton, worked with me and my budget and made sure i got the vehicle i wanted. 112 auto plaza is no Bs just good business!

I hate to slam or bad talk but I am mad at myself for being irrational and not looking more into my mercedes before i signed. The rims on the car were brown even though they were silver and the car was just dirty so i had to get it cleaned and detailed which shouldnt be necessary driving off the lot. The second day i got in my car and there was a fast leak in my tire. When i tried to use my compressor i then learned the cigarette lighter outlet didnt work so i had to drive on an almost flat tire about a mile to fill it with air. I went back to the shop to get it fixed and they couldnt find it so i went to my local shop and they plugged it in 10 minutes and i payed 30$. Than less than two months later i had to do an oil change and they wanted me to leave my car there for possibly a whole day so i went to my mechanic again. At the mechanic i was told they disconnected the front camera and the tube that connected to the engine pushing the hot exhaust out was half connected so im waiting on that part. One of the people quoted my trade in car for 300$ saying they would just junk it and then the following day when i picked up the car he was asking me if the car runs good and what was wrong with it. Just a sleezy practice. The one good thing that happened was the owner or one of them did help me with advice on getting a better car insurance rate but i overpayed for this car fs and honestly learned from this costly mistake. Hopefully this helps others

I had a very positive experience buying my car here. They are very knowledgable and professional. They work with any budget with reputable lenders. They have over 250 cars in their lot. Walter was my sales guy and he really took the time to work with me and finding a car that I love and is affordable with my budget. I never felt pressured.
