Stopped by today not knowing the place was appointment only until I read the sign at the door, but the gentleman at the counter let me in anyway and asked what he could do for me. I needed an install/downsize after my cat ripped my titanium post out of my eyebrow. My temporary replacement was far too long, mystery metal, and really, really irritating my piercing. He squeezed me right in and got me set up with a new piece real quick. VERY clean, VERY professional, very honest. Autoclaved the jewelry right in front of me. Talkative and kind. There’s always a risk of rejection with eyebrows, but I’m happy he was willing to work with me to try and save it. Wish I could remember his name! Affordable pricing before jewelry for one of the only APP shops on the Island. My eyebrow looks and feels better already. So relieved and will be coming back soon for some new holes. Thank you!
TLDR; clean, professional, friendly, accommodating. Price is right. Would recommend.

Kaspa and Mandolynne are absolutely the best! Their customer service is top tier - Super friendly, spotless studio, and an overall great vibe. Kaspa was professional, gentle, and made the whole process feel easy. Left with a beautiful piercing and clear aftercare instructions. 3rd time going and 3rd 5 star experience. kaspa is always professional, the store is always clean. jewlery is always stunning. some pieces are expensive but they’re worth it, but they do have cheaper still high quality options. can’t wait to go back

Got pierced a week ago and Kaspa was amazing. He is very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, kept my informed about everything and the process was as quick and painless as it could be. The shop is clean and nice, he’s very organized and thorough with everything. I’ll definitely be back for my next piercing.

I am really surprised this studio has as many good reviews as it does. Believe me I understand sticking to policies as own career requires me to do so. However, I also understand working with the customer/client to come to a happy compromise. It appears the owners may have their own need to be rigid due to past experiences. I would advise anyone in customer service to evaluate their own misgivings before working with the general public. Also, I have had many many many piercings in my lifetime and never did I experience such a rude interaction.

I had an amazing experience with Kaspa! I came in for a nipple re-piercing after a bad piercing years ago, and the difference was night and day. The shop is super clean and pretty, and Kaspa was so professional, reassuring, and educational. Kaspa went the extra mile throughout the whole process. Everything was done perfectly and I felt completely comfortable.
I highly recommend! I already know I’ll be back for another piercing even though I have absolutely no idea what I want next yet!

The staff here are truly genuine, and their professionalism goes above and beyond! The studio is impeccably clean and has an inviting, positive atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The team, as well as Kaspa, are extremely knowledgeable about jewelry, metals, and piercing techniques.
It’s common to feel nervous about getting a piercing, but from my very first interaction with the Amulet Arts team in Patchogue, they immediately put my mind at ease. UPDATE: Just got my nostril done by Kaspa as well as second lobes and it was the SMOOTHEST piercing experience I have ever had in my life. They were amazing at explaining everything, keeping me nice and calm, and really taking safety and sanitization first. They helped me pick out the perfect jewelry and I love it! It's been a few hours and I barely feel it and the piercing itself was painless. This is my new home shop and I can't wait for my next appointment! (Also there 14K jewelry selection is to die for, it's quite insane the selection).
Amazing experience yesterday at Amulet Arts getting my ears stretched to a 12G with some awesome black and red glass plugs. The staff was super knowledgeable on all things piercing and stretching and the selection of plus and tunnels was unreal. Also there selection of 18g earrings, especially the Halloween themed ones are awesome and some of the coolest I’ve seen. Best selection of jewelry hands down with the highest quality material available. Have my next stretch to 10g scheduled in 3 months and I can’t wait. This will be the ONLY shop I use for any piercing needs. 10/10 all around! Kaspa (I believe was his name) did the stretch and it was as smooth as can be and his customer service and attention to detail was top notch. Answered any questions I had and love that they use the sanitation machine before you head in. Picture below is taken the next morning with no signs of any pain or tenderness. Thanks again for the smooth stretch and looking forward to 10G!

Amazing experience here! Kaspa was AWESOME with my daughter - talking her through the piercing and helping her take deep breaths to calm her body. She's a kid so it was a great relief to have someone taking care of her that didn't seem frustrated by her tears. The place is immaculate and focused on safety. It was obvious from minute one that they take what they do seriously, but it still was a warm and inviting place to be. Kaspa is a gem and explained every step of the process to us. It's pricier than the mall piercing places for a reason and 100% worth it. And even with a higher price point, it's not unreasonably priced at all and Kaspa was super helpful and kind when directing us to earrings that weren't going to break the bank. 10/10 - highly recommend.

Michael and Charlie were fantastic ! You truly get a full 5 star experience with them! Each appointment is tailored to you. Everything is explained in detail and extremely clean.
