My mom got a pedicure today about an hour ago the lady told her it was all good and it was ready to go she “double check” her toes and rush her saying she was done…
My mom put her shoes on and guess what??
The polish was fresh….
A waste of money….
Don’t waste your money and your time….
DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

Beware of this salon. I have never written a bad review in my life, but I’ve reach my wits end with nails salons.
This place is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I tried this salon because i was pressed for time and won’t have any other days before the weekend to get my nails done. WHAT A MISTAKE. I asked for light pink, short square nails. And i left with this.
Dark mauve, DUCK NAILS.
I told the tech she picked the wrong color and she proceeded to argue with me that it was the right one when i clearly chose a light pink/ French base color.
The color isn’t even the biggest issue here. The manicure itself is AWFUL. They look totally grown out already, there was no care to my cuticles at all, and the powder doesn’t cover the entirety of my nail. The shape is a duck flared nail and i asked repeatedly to file them narrower.
Nails are so expensive. Most people don’t have money to buy groceries, yet are scrounging up money to pay for nails. If I’m going to pay 50 dollars for a service, i don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect your attendant to know how to do their job.

Doesn't even deserve one star. I walked in, and was told I would be seen immediately. Waited 15 mins in the pedi chair with my feet in dirty water...no soap or anything. Looked around while I was sitting there...took note of how dated, dirty, and unsanitary it was. She finally started on me, barely filed my toenails, barely cut the cuticles, then put my feet back in the dirty water while she finished up on two other clients, cashed them out, and did a few other errands. She came back to me with the same gloves she had on whole doing all of that. By that point, I had enough and politely told her I would like to leave. She grabbed my ankle and told me to sit and she will finish. So now, more sternly I said "we're done here and I am leaving." She muttered all kinds if things under her breath until I was out the door. Complete waste of time, but I'm glad I left. Looks like a place where you would get a staph infection anyway.

Worst ever ever make appointment with one person and then they gave me someone else. She rushed through talking to every other client and helping them. Didn't do what I wanted and kept trying to push extra services. Even started to do one extra then when I message her she said well you need it. Do not go here

This place is HORRIBLE!!!! I checked in at 12:45, left at 2:15 with my nails started, but unfinished. Don't waste your time here, there are way better places to go.

left before manicure started . Very dirty, told me half an hour came back. Left me sitting in water waiting when no one was even close to being done to get to me. Kept looking around how dirty everything was and added another person to wait in water as well. I just ran out after about another ten minutes

this nail salon was the worst salon i've ever been to. The woman Wendy is very rude and does not listen. She did the shape of my nails the complete opposite of what i asked 3 times for. The nails when they were "complete" were sloppy, and i have dried glue and polish all over. Then when i was done paying the lady had taken $10 out of my hands as her tip while hovering over me. I left extremely unhappy with this service. if i could give 0 stars i would. My nails look like i got them done by a 10 year old.

Went with my daughters. One tech was working on all 3 of us at the same time while also answering phone calls. All 3 of us left unhappy. 2 seconds hand massage for myself and my older daughter. nothing for my youngest. we went here bc our normal place is closed on Sundays, next time I'll wait! Air brushed ombré on a powder nail! 7 of my nails are missing parts of the ombré not even 1 hour later. I can go 4 weeks without one chip with my reg place. I paid $120 plus $40 tip and I'm so upset I don't even want to go back for a correction. I'm not even sure if they would offer it because I'm so disgusted I don't even want to call. I'll pay my regular place tomorrow to fix this horrendous atrocity.

I'm not sure why this place got bad reviews. The polish lasted a long time. All the instruments were new in packages. Staff were very pleasant. I am just recovering from back surgery., and the technician walked me to my car. She was very pleased with her tip. I'm a happy client

I don't usually give reviews even if I disliked the service but this place was so bad I just need to take time and write a quick blurb about this place. To begin the ladies were very nice and sweet, however they were very rough with my nails. The place itself was very dirty and unsanitary and when I asked for the chrome design they just gave me a shiny gel polish. it would have been completely fine if they just said they didn't have the chrome but instead made me pay for something I hated. Very cheap prices so don't expect top care. Will never be coming here again.

Do not come here in Patchogue, I was the only male in here(black male ) . The service was rushed they are under staffed. I complained during the service about proper procedure for my gel manicure and they didn’t care still charge me full price rushed me out the door talking about next time.
