Nick was an awesome salesperson! He took the time with us and explained all the best options for us as we have 4 pets. This was the third store we went to and Nick is definitely management level as he had all the right answers and was patient and knowledgeable!

From the minute we walked in the door to the day our furniture was delivered we were treated special, especially by Gage, who sold us the piece. He was so thorough, a good listener and worked very hard to find us just the right item we were searching for. He also kept in touch with us throughout the process of the order and delivery. So many other stores are a “one and done” enterprise. Not with Ashley or Gage. The delivery person was also so caring, friendly and made sure every detail was done to our satisfaction. We will shop again a Ashley’s in Patchogue.

I’m so happy with everything! They called ahead 15 minutes, courteous, professional and polite. They understood exactly how I wanted the furniture to be positioned. I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!!!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Purchased a sectional December 6th 2025. Delivery date was delayed THREE times. December 29th only HALF of the sectional was delivered. In addition to this extremely frustrating experience, the delivery guy chipped my kitchen counter. It's January 5th 2026 and I have yet to receive the couch I purchased A MONTH AGO nor received a date for my kitchen counter repair. I have not heard from anyone regarding any update about this matter. Customer service transfers me from one person to another, on hold for hours - no one is listening. FIRST AND LAST TIME I'D EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE. Truly disgusting. DO NOT GO HERE

Cathy is AMAZING! Today we went to Ashley Furniture in Patchogue looking for den furniture and we were greeted by Cathy. She is a true professional! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She really took her time to understand what we were looking for and made the whole process easy and enjoyable 🙂. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Ashley Furniture today thanks to Cathy!

Nick has been fantastic throughout my entire purchasing journey. He made recommendations based on our needs and I am thrilled with our decision to buy couches and a dining table set. He followed up with me after we were in the store and we set up a date to finalize the purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. I am excited for delivery - we had been to many stores and Ashley by far has been the best. Great value for the price! And Nick has earned my business from now on. He is a consummate professional!

My family and I are very pleased with our experience at Ashley. Rick was very helpful in our purchase from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable in the inventory. At one point he suggested taking the dimensions of the furniture and using painters tape on the floor to visualize the space that the items would take up in the house which was incredibly helpful. We look forward to seeing how the furniture holds up over time!

I had the pleasure of working with Josh, The Manager of the Patchogue store. He was kind and helped me overcome a challenging situation with products that needed to be exchanged ! Honestly his amazing knowledge of every product in this store was really impressive. I needed products that would help me with comfort to deal with chronic pain in my hip and spine. He actually designed pieces together that worked really well!! His creativity along with his expertise were terrific and he solved what I really needed in the way of products that were not only attractive but truly were so comfortable I was very happy.
He helped me more that the corporate Customer Service and he truly took stress off of me!
I highly recommend this store not only for quality products and timely delivery, but for EXCEPTIONAL personal service!! Thank you Josh for all your help! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had an incredible experience shopping here! The store is beautiful and very clean. I was greeted at the front door the moment I walked in by the sales associate, Jeffrey. He is very professional, patient (had a newborn with me both times) and helpful. We ended up furnishing pretty much our entire summer house (both indoor and outdoor) with beautiful pieces. Samantha, the store manager, was great and helped us close out the purchase late in the evening. All in all, they knock it out of the park with customer service here and I highly recommend them. Can’t wait to have the furniture delivered - thanks again Jeffrey and Samantha!
We’ve done 2 more rounds here since our original purchase in 2021 and always a great experience. Dawn and her Manager were excellent!
We did Round 3 at Ashley Furniture to furnish a number of rooms in our new house. Juana, our sales associate, is EXCEPTIONAL. She was patient going through floor plans and went above and beyond to help pick pieces, coordinate deliveries and much more. I would have never expected such customized care from a “box” store but Juana completely exceeded my expectations. Beyond that, the furniture looks amazing and is great quality. We had a better experience at Ashley then we did at high-end furniture stores in High Point, NC. Kudos to the Ashley Patchogue team.

My daughter and I walked in, “just looking.” We told our salesman, Dan, what we were looking for. He showed us a few pieces, and we ultimately fell in love with the Emilia 5pc sectional. Dan is by far one of the best salesmen I've ever encountered because he isn't pushy, listens, and is extremely patient! He’ll be my go-to anytime we go back. I can't wait to receive my sectional! Carl at the Patchogue Ashley store is the absolute best! He was a really nice, patient and no pressure sales person! He is extremely knowlegable, too! We purchased a sectional and a recliner at such a great price! When we couldn't find exactly what we were looking for on the showroom floor, Carl secured it on the Ashley website! Do yourself a favor and visit Carl, for any of your furniture needs!
