Bansum Wine & Liquor is a small business known as one of the best spirits stores in the area, particularly noted as a great spot for whiskey. It has a huge selection, amazing selection for bourbon, and is the store for those into store picks and limited releases. The staff is great, super nice, helpful, and always willing and able to get something if they do not have it. For orders, especially rare, expensive, or high-end bottles, customers should set their expectations regarding transaction speed and not expect 24/7 customer service. Communication is excellent, with coordination via text, pictures of packaging, and shipping notifications. The team is proactive in tracking down bottles and can expedite shipping. While follow-up may sometimes be needed, they are responsive, call back, and work to get orders delivered in perfect condition and within the expected time. The business is praised for reasonable pricing and providing a great experience, leading customers to buy from them again.
One of the most unique shops I've ever visited. Their selection of timeless bottles—and the rare finds they're able to acquire—is amazing. I highly recommend this shop, and I don't give praise lightly.
