Went to this place to buy another Honda, and was blown off by rude disrespectful arrogant sales employee. Laugh at me walking out the door. Manager could care less. This place is a shit hole at best. Good people, please don't waste your money here. Took my business to another Honda dealer that took care of my needs in one day! Their loss.

I’ve being coming here for years! Their service department personnel are professional and efficient. They explain whatever is being done. Appointment always taken in on time. I drive over an hr to get there and have to wait. Their waiting room is perfect, see photo. I highly recommend

My Honda civic had AC issues. Baron Honda diagnosed and fixed these issues under manufacturer warranty for me in just a few hours. The appointment was easy to make, drop off was easy, pick up was easy. 10/10 recommend.

Baron's service department is very good. Great prices for many different types of fluid changes. Their team should be more informed on service bulletins tho. You can't beat their synthetic blend oil changes for $38!

Been going to Baron Honda for service ever since we bought our accord in 2017. I live in queens, ny and I travel to Baron for my scheduled services and repairs because I haven’t been able to find a Honda dealer near me that treats me and my vehicle the way Baron Honda does. They’re the best very professional and everything is done in a timely manner. Irma and the team is always super helpful and knowledgeable, thank you Baron Honda service department.

First time here. Came in to test drive a Honda. The sales rep, Piero, asked if I had a car to trade in. I told him I have a civic with over 200,000 miles. He replied "your car is junk." I'm not saying my car is a spring chicken or that it is even worth anything; who tells someone that their car is "junk" to their face?We all make mistakes and use the wrong language at times and I drove almost an hour to see this car, , so I decided to give him a chance to redeem himself. He didn't. I asked him what kind of car he owned. He told me he doesn't own a car, but that he just drives whatever car he wants from the cars on the lot. That seems kind of....unusual, to say the least. He allowed me to test drive the 2018 car I was interested in. If you can even call it a drive- we drove it around the block -once. He said each car has, in addition to tax and documentation fees, an up charge of $2-3,000 dealer fee, depending on the car. Will never step foot in this place again and have already begun telling all my friends and family to avoid as well. Insulting people by telling them their car is junk won't get somebody to like you and also doesn't get them to buy your car!

We just purchased a 2020 Honda Civic Sport Sedan here last week for our daughter and can’t be happier with the entire experience from start to finish!! From Steve our sales person, to Val our warranty administrator, and Joe in finance we couldn’t ask for a better team!! They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Steve and Val even stayed late after closing to help us!! We had a negative experience with another dealership out East last year, but the staff at Baron Honda restored our faith with providing the best service and attention to detail. Please don’t waste your valuable time anywhere else. For amazing customer service and great pricing, this is the place to be supporting local businesses. I came here looking for a used car or more of a reliable car. Had called before to ask about financing and letting the salesman Pierro that my score was low, which to he replied that he was going to show me a car that wasn't too expensive and that I could probably get approved for and he shows me a 26k car, I was hooked and I liked the car and was hoping to get it with a co-signer and last min he backed out so I decided to withdraw my deposit and cancel the deal because i found a car that I qualified for and I texted Piero the day before that I was going to pick up the check, and he left me on read on did not inform the office of me coming so they did not have the check ready and told me Monday they would, and today is Monday and I came in and was told that the systems were down. But no one called met to inform me that it was not going to be ready, I've had such an awful and uneasy experience here, car shopping is stressful as it is and this shadiness makes me never want to car shop at this place. Update: 6/20/23 - Called Baron Honda to find out about my deposit and a lovely manager named John was able to help me and assure me that it would get done as soon as possible, seems I just went to the wrong salesman and that created such an un easy experience.

Tire pressure light went on, found a nice big nail in my new rear drivers side tire. I was an hour from home, didn't know the area well and didn't want to take a chance with any of the discount tire places. I walked into Baron Honda and the woman behind the counter said there were 7 people ahead of me but they would get to it. She said if they could plug it they would but otherwise a new tire would cost around $260 with installation and tax. I waited for 2 hours, thinking about how I was going to restructure my budget for the month to afford this new tire. She eventually came in to the waiting area and gave me a smile and thumbs up, said it's ready. To my surprise "he was able to plug it" - $11 later I was on my way. I can't say enough good things about Baron Honda. I've never encountered a dealership that would turn down $260. They could've easily lied to me and said I needed a new tire but instead they were honest. I'll be bringing my car here for all its regular maintenence now even though it's an hour drive from my house. Thank you Baron.

I normally don’t write reviews but my experience was one of the best and easiest purchases I’ve made in a while!!! I called and was lucky to have Charlie as my salesman, and he was great from the start very knowledgeable well informed. And I appreciate the fact that he worked with me the best he could knowing my budget and he still was able to get me in the vehicle that I wanted. To me, it seems as customer service has took in a fallen, but surprisingly Charlie shock me and went above and beyond. By me purchasing the vehicle from another state, Charlie kept me updated and informed throughout the whole process going as far as to reach out to me on his days off. And he shocked me even more when the vehicle was delivered to my state around 9 o’clock at night. Charley called me and asked me was I happy with the vehicle and did I like it but it being late I really didn’t look at the vehicle, but sure enough, Charlie called me the next morning and inquired about my feelings for the vehicle!!!!! I appreciate everything you’ve done Charlie and I’ll reach out again in the future for my next purchase. If you guys have a vehicle I’m interested in. Thanks again.

Thank you so much to Tony Noto at Baron Honda for taking such good care of my adults kids when they were shopping for their new vehicles! They are both on their 2nd Honda's! He has also helped countless others we've referred as it's easy to sense his no pressure, no nonsense friendly approach. He truly treats others as he would want to be treated! It's a refreshing experience in today's climate!
