This place was surprisingly very quiet and amazing to work with. The employees Ed and Jon that I worked with were phenomenal and friendly and truly went out of their way to ensure that I could get exactly what I wanted in a vehicle even with not the best credit. I would recommend them to anyone. They treat you like family and make the car buying experience as painless as possible!!!

I just drove my 2020 Honda off the lot last night ...
Tyler, the salesman was wonderful, personable and knowledgeable. It was his 3rd day on job and Any Question I had , if he was unsure of answer, he did not hesitate to go to Paul, his manager.
Paul, as well, was fantastic.
The financial man at the dealer on 112 was Awesome. (not recalling his name) he made sure everything ran smooth. Baron offered fantastic warranty deal with car.
They stand behind their product.
Looking forward to many years in my new pre-owned Honda

Not too happy after buying a $17,000 car & finding out the tires in the front are leaking & have dry rot! And I tryed to get help with them but they did nothing ! Shame on Baron Honda Beware people !

BUYER'S BEWARE Of PHIL NOCIFORO, a salesman/manager at The Baron Honda Supercenter in Patchogue, NY. Phil was my salesman back in 2020 when I leased my Honda Pilot. In February, he contacted me to let me know he was now working for Honda City in Bethpage. After putting down $5,000 and winding up with a monthly payment increase of $90, Phil assured me that any excess mileage; wear n tear; disposition fee would be waived via the Loyalty Program Offer that I received. Since the 2020 Pilot was financed thru Fusion & not Honda I asked him if I should get my own inspection. He said it wasn't necessary. Well that was a huge mistake because after receiving a slew of bills, I ultimately owed Fusion $2100.00. This saga went on for three months. Phony Phil told me he was working with Fusion & adj's were being made (his most recent text was dated 5/31). I then visited him in person and expressed my frustration. He asked me to give him another day, he shook my hand, & gave me his word he was on it. I then contacted the Fusion rep who was handling the case. She said Fusion hadn't heard from Phil. Phil then left his employment with Honda City & ghosted me. I did however make it my business to visit him today at his "new gig" in Patchogue. As you can well imagine it didn't go well. Honest Abe was quite annoyed that I tracked him down. For all you readers, do yourself a favor and bring your business elsewhere!!!

This dealership is top tier and was an absolute pleasure doing business with. Paul the sales manager was extremely knowledgeable, not pushy, and very helpful throughout the whole process. Caution Buyers - Friendly staff but shady sales tactics. They price cars low and in fine print claim in Hidden fees (car fax fee) or price doesnt show "$2k money down", not listed on other used cars websites. Dealer claim all dealers in NY do this but I have purchased other cars in NY and never seen this tactic. They will definitely throw a bunch of numbers at you when financing to make it seem like a good dealer but your definitely going to overpay. Dont rush looking for a car, walk away if it doesn't seem right.

I was very happy with the service I got. Everyone there is very nice and helpful. My salesman Joseph Turner is great and so is the manager. I have been buying cars from them for 20 years.

I can’t say enough about Jack at Baron Supercenter!! What a great guy, gentleman and so sweet. He always first and foremost asks about my kids and family before we even discuss cars. I highly recommend him and anyone who is looking for a car to go to them first. The truck I wanted sold the day before I came back but Jack has me on a list and he is searching everyday for me. Jack really goes above and beyond for his customers and Baron is lucky to have him on their team.

Large selection & we found a used car we liked. All set to purchase. Then came the FEES. A $1,000 worth of fees. It is pre-printed on their sales invoice. So a $10k car now became $11,000. That's how you increase your profit on the "back end ". Sales manager said he would knock $200 off the price and lower the fees. So the $10, 000 car is now $10,500. This did not include tax, title, tags. Just the purchase price. Went and bought same model newer/less miles for $11k plus t/t/t somewhere else w/o FEES.

Best car dealer I've been to. Jack was my salesman and was very helpful and is a nice guy. Helped get me in the car I wanted. Everyone I met at Barons was so nice. If you need a car I would highly recommend going to see Jack.
