Replacement of a defective sensor ,replace serpentine belt ,change of break pads and rotors ,oil change . I am happy they gave me a loaner car 🚘 with no learning curve .

Called to have a oil change on my gulia.Since it wasn't bought there, they wouldn't do it.And it only took me twenty minutes to get through. Either they're too busy or they don't care.I bought two jeeps there years ago.That doesn't count for anything

Recently had service on my 2024 Alfa Romeo Tonale, my service agent Brianna was amazing from the moment I arrived and throughout the entire process. She was kept me informed on service progress and was able to provide a loaner for the time vehicle was in shop which was about 4 weeks due to a part on backorder. I highly recommend Brown's for service and sales.
