It should be no surprise they have a connect four in the lobby since they just want to play games with you. Do your banking at a real bank. This ones a joke.

I am using this location for my banking needs! Staff are friendly, helpfull and attentive...my only concern would be the limited customer parking spaces...

My son and I deposited a check for over $5000 and received a receipt and an email stating that the check would be broken down into three partial availability dates. However, when we asked the representative, she informed us that they no longer provide partial payments. If the bank is going to hold the entire check, it should be made clear, like other banks do, such as Bank of America, where I also have an account. Just give one date when the funds will be available for the full deposit on the availability date. Receiving the email and the receipt was very misleading, and of course, we were expecting the partial deposits to reflect the receipt and email. We asked the representative to verify the check, providing all the requested information, but we were told they couldn't verify the phone number or address from a verification database, even though it was from a law firm and business. I asked for a bank-to-bank verification, which would have been more accurate, but I was told it wasn't possible. Additionally, the representative mentioned that the email and the receipt weren't clear and could be confusing, but they did the minimum to help the situation. They also informed me that the check would be clear three days after the date that was stated on the receipt. I also inquired about when this rule of not providing partial payments for extensive checks was implemented, as we never received an update on the policy, even though I’ve had an account with you guys for over ten years and have had plenty of checks fully available the next day or partial payments.

I was switching banks and the woman, Kathy, who helped me was wonderful. She made me feel welcome and helped me with numerous details. I was happy that I chose Capital One as my new bank.

Do not go to this branch! You will wait a very long time since there aren't any bankers to help you. I waited on line for 20 minutes only to be told I had to go online for what I needed. They might be able to help me if I waited longer....avoid them at all costs. Other people on line said same

Tried to call before hand to see if a notary was available, no one picked up. Went in office and the lady in the front stated they do not have a notary. Wasted my time and this could’ve been avoided if my phone call was answered. Super inconvenient!

Bad service, Mrs. She doesn't know what the bank's Route number is, she got up angry and left us alone at the table
I had to call another person to help me make a transfer

This branch is fine for ATM use (just be mindful at night, most of Patchogue Village’s homeless people congregate here and will ask you for money - however they are overall harmless). The branch customer service for the tellers is awful - always. You will be waiting on a long line for what feels like forever, while 1 teller is working the teller line AND the busy drive thru, and without fail the other 2 tellers are talking together at a teller station. I have never come in to this branch and had a quick experience and every time I am there, everyone on line is upset. I don’t understand the point of having 3 tellers if only 1 is going to be taking customers. If it was a one time experience, I would let it go but for years now every time I go in, it is the same issue. I hate when I have to go in to the branch and can’t do what I need by Atm, because I know I could be in there for over 30 minutes. Thankfully the ATMs are always working and do deposits and also withdrawals of any denomination.
