After a customer service line nightmare due to fraud on my debit card I went to the patchogue branch ..a huge thank you to Donna for handling the situation in under ten minutes. She was kind caring and professional.

Tried to call before hand to see if a notary was available, no one picked up. Went in office and the lady in the front stated they do not have a notary. Wasted my time and this could’ve been avoided if my phone call was answered. Super inconvenient!

This branch is fine for ATM use (just be mindful at night, most of Patchogue Village’s homeless people congregate here and will ask you for money - however they are overall harmless). The branch customer service for the tellers is awful - always. You will be waiting on a long line for what feels like forever, while 1 teller is working the teller line AND the busy drive thru, and without fail the other 2 tellers are talking together at a teller station. I have never come in to this branch and had a quick experience and every time I am there, everyone on line is upset. I don’t understand the point of having 3 tellers if only 1 is going to be taking customers. If it was a one time experience, I would let it go but for years now every time I go in, it is the same issue. I hate when I have to go in to the branch and can’t do what I need by Atm, because I know I could be in there for over 30 minutes. Thankfully the ATMs are always working and do deposits and also withdrawals of any denomination.

This is the SLOWEST BANK ON EARTH. Inside or Out doesn't matter, you'll need to carve out 45 minutes just to make a simple deposit. The old "my computer is slow" excuse is old and tired. And for whatever reason this place is under construction constantly. Not to mention my account has been hacked more times than I dare to mention. Absolutely horrible.

NO parking! There's no sign around the branch stating that there is a drive-thru. Got soaking wet running from a distant parking to the branch. Clean premise. But the branch was pretty empty. Guess people are doing everything online nowadays!

I've been coming to this bank for decades. All I can say is don't come if you're in a rush. Typically there will be a number of tellers, but only one or two help customers. The rest are always so busy. They're always pleasant, but holy cow it takes forever!

I asked an older blonde woman with glasses for a bank document that indicated that I was the owner of my bank account so that I could set up direct deposit with my job, she told me that they didn’t have any and that I didn’t need one even though on the form it clearly stated that I needed one. I definitely wouldn’t recommend coming to this Capital One Bank.

I’m leaving three stars because I’ve had pleasant experiences at this branch in the past - This however was not the case for my most recent visit. Perhaps a flaw in capital ones new ‘cafe’ atmosphere and electronic sign in system... or perhaps a lack of attentiveness by the employees. I signed in and was prompted to wait (the iPad prompted me to do as much). I waited for around forty minutes. Throughout this time I was not greeted nor acknowledged by a single employee and I made out about eight. Surely all were busy and this much I understand but when you smile in peoples general direction you hope for the same in return. Finally an employee walked towards the “cafe” only to help another individual who had been waiting for all of ten minutes. This leads me to believe they are not checking who’s “signing in” and that I was simply not acknowledged in my time there. In the end I left and resolved the issue elsewhere which took all of seven minutes.

I had a great experience. The atmosphere is calming. I had a complex issue and Donna N. was kind, compassionate and resolved my matter in a clear and understandable manner. I read some negative reviews. Although i cant vouch for others experiences, i've certainly learned that the energy you put out is what usually comes back to you. Thanks Donna
