John H is amazing. He was very patient with my mother and I while explaining details every step of the way. I went in for an issue and left feeling relieved. Not only did he help to solve the problem, but he helped with other things as well. My mother and I greatly appreciate his top tier customer service and patience. Been banking with Chase for well over ten years. Went to make a large deposit on 08/27/24 at this location and I waited at the deposit window in my car ringing bell for ten minutes. After no response I went inside to deposit with Ricardo and I stated I was waiting at the drive through and no one came to greet me or communicate anything. He carelessly brushed me off without any care or apology and stated “we were busy” the window is literally behind the tellers. Customer service and diversity within the bank staff at this location leads to poor customer service. Do yourself a favor go to another branch.
Following day after leaving the review above - I wake up and I am locked out of my account. Error reading I have no web enabled accounts? So sad! Waiting on customer service to open (photo attached of never before seen error message). Been using my app for years and never had this happen. Escalating this morning and I’m sure they can view who in the branch disabled my online banking out of retaliation due to me leaving a poor, honest review.

No one answers the phone at this branch ...ever. Since when doesn't a bank answer the phone?? We're waiting for paperwork to be finished and we have to keep making the trip down there to see if it's done. It would be so much easier if we could just call and get through to ask. So frustrating!!

Worst bank to deal with on management level. Not talking about this branch, at all . Just when you deal with Chase Management dept. they do nothing, to resolve problem, and now I know why my friends have moved on to other banks.

Staff and service is great. The wait online can be timely every so often, but when its you turn there is no rushing to do your banking. Im happy knowing I am treated with the same respect as the next person when banking here.

Sitting at drive in since 8:30...one car ahead of me..its now 8:52am.which signs and website state they open. Employees walking around inside...finally teller at drive through arrives says, hours just changed to 9:am.. Not the first disappointment!! Running late for work againnn..Thx Chase@

It's only been here a couple years I think. Great location. Only 1 lane for drive thru They request ID -sometimes. But I am always doing the same transaction

Only have one teller and not much hospitality, usually a wait. Maybe try having another teller or someone to help
