Horrible bank and horrible rules and terrible managers and workers! How dare a bank say you can't put cash into a daughter's account because it's a money laundering rule!! Don't accuse hard working people of being dealers !!! Now she wo t be part of this bank either!

There’s always 20 + cars at the drive through ATM as they close the ATM vestibule at 5 pm. Capital one across the street closes their ATM at 9PM. Very inconvenient and not necessary to close this ATM vestibule so early especially in a location like Main Street Patchogue!!!

The staff at this branch is horrendous. I had the worst experience ever me and my husband went to the branch. We just recently moved here from New Jersey and the teller asked what we needed help with and when my husband gave his two forms of ID, he asked us what we were doing here from New Jersey, and those exact words immediately and was very discriminatory. We told him we would like to sit with a banker. He then proceeded over to the banker, whispered something to us and then came to tell us that we had to wait 20 minutes while she finished her conversation with another Never have I ever been treated this way before we were opening up a large account So sad for them, judging a book by its cover

Went to Main St., PATCHOGUE CHASE and no one wanted to help me. The woman who seem to be the manager was rude, dismissive, unprofessional, and had no interest in helping me. I have my mortgage with Chase and wanted to open up a savings and checking account with Chase and basically she had no interest and could not help me. She passed me over to a girl at the window and she didn’t want to help me either. She said “nope can’t help I don’t have a tablet” Unbelievable! Worst experience I’ve ever had with a bank. They don’t even deserve the one star. This is the first time I ever wrote a negative review about anyone. Had to open a Google account just to put this on record. Everyone should know before they decide to bank with CHASE Downtown Main St., Patchogue. I have other accounts in other banks and they’re always so lovely. Again, only wanted to open one here because my mortgage is with Chase …. not with design it was assigned to them.

It's 4.15 am. I said I want to open a new account. There are 2 employees. Neither of them has customers. They did not open an account for me. They told me to come another time. 45 more minutes until the bank closes. Is opening a new account such a difficult thing that it takes 45 minutes? I'm crazy about the chase bank. I won't come again

The customer service from bank teller is acceptable.My only concern when going here are the ATMs as they seem to be out of service quite often.I go to many different Chase ATMs around the surrounding towns and my home base branch has always had ATMs partially or completely out of service when I was in a hurry.I would understand if it happened once or twice but its has happened many timesAlso, glad to see they no longer have one specific teller who seemed to have a nasty upnosed attitude towards some customers. Don't know what her deal was but glad to see she is gone

I went to this branch on a Saturday to inquire and I was told that appointment is usually required for the concern that I have. I asked if somebody has the time for me and Ms. Iris Vargas, the branch manager herself did not hesitate. She thoroughly explained everything to me, took her time through every detail, and helped me with my concerns. I am greatly satisfied with the service that I got. Keep it up and thank you.

Worst branch ever. I tried multiple times to open a business account and they always ask me to come back another day, or like today they said the only person in charge of opening bank accounts needs to take lunch to come back in 1 hour.No customer service at all, nobody willing to help your customers. I have been your customer for more than 10 years already!!!
