The female manager at night shift have bad customer service. She did not want to help out with buying products and coupons. I wouldn't recommend this CVS to anyone.

I watched a woman spend 30 minutes with 1 guest as the line grew to 7 of us. Most of us made a comment about how ridiculous it was no one was helping. They pretend customers dont exist. Customer Service Is AWFUL

Nasty employees, wouldn't ring me up and were rude when self checkout wasn't working correctly. Just walked out.

Especially the employee named Jessica who was on the floor on 5/26 8.30pm was very y empathetic, went above and beyond to help and was very professional for such a young lady. Very pleasant.

The young man Frank G. who works at the East Patchogue CVS Is an excellent worker and always goes above and beyond, he’s both knowledgeable and informative, I had always just assumed he was a Manager because he seems to handle a lot of things at the store , especially when the store is understaffed, things seem to run smoothly when he is there, and I visit the store quite often. If the company was smart they’d utilize him as a Manager… … thank you. Deborah L…

I began to dislike this store over a year ago and have dreaded coming here ever since. Previously, my complaints would have been about the long lines at the pharmacy (I get it) or the bare shelves with the ridiculous pricing, but what made my prior visit the last time I would come here was Alex. He was barking at patrons waiting in line for the self-checkout instead of just manning the cash register and assisting customers directly.
This evening, I found myself again needing razors and ended up in a line of people waiting for a new hire to finish ringing everyone up. Then Alex appeared again, instantly barking at people to use the self-checkout. I couldn’t even look at him. After mumbling under his breath and running his mouth, he finally went to man the other register and offered his coworker some assistance. Previously, I thought he might have just been having a bad day and gave him grace. Today, I realized he’s simply the epitome of miserable.
This is definitely the last time I’ll ever stop at this location. As soon as he finished with the customers, he just went to chat with some coworkers and then stormed out of the building through the front. He wasn’t wearing a name badge, so I had to ask an employee for his name. She told me it was Alex and added, “he’s a good guy.” I’d hate to meet the person she thinks is a great guy.
This store needs some legitimate changes. Go without before coming here.

A bit sad that I feel I have to write this. Maybe the corporate office will see this and address but it is in their right not to as it’s not their policy.
I’ve been in the area for over ten years. I’ve used this CVS for a long time especially when avoiding Amazon because frankly I’d prefer to shop locally.
Every time I shop here I’ve gotten my pricing matched to Amazon or an alternative competitor.
The last two times I’ve been here I’ve been met with resistance to this.
I tried purchasing basic deodorant which store sticker was 4 dollars more than the competitor. This was approved for price match.
Now I come into the location and am advised that they have never price matched for the 3 years that store manager has been present.
Unsure how this team tracks price matching but I will no longer be coming to this store.
I understand that the absence of one customer may not change much but I do hope that this poor service is addressed.
You are no longer the corner variety store.

90% of the time, MY experience with customer service at this pharmacy has been frustrating; , dealing with one or more of the following: rudeness, laziness, and apparent incompetence. (enough so that I’m even taking the time to do this review)

Not the nicest people if you need directions to their store ? ? if you're new to the area, and your asking them over the phone. Specifically talking about a 'male' manager, BUT I WON'T name names!! ?

If I could give the pharmacy 0 stars I would. They now have this automated service in which you have to leave a msg and then they will call you back. Fine...I have no problem with that, but I had two prescriptions for pick up in which I needed to give my GoodRx code for and the automated service hung up before I could finish. I then called back and surprisingly a person picked up. It was the Pharmacy Manager Barbara. She automatically picked up the phone with an attitude stating she is in the middle of a meeting and was rushing me. I stated that I was sorry, but I had just left a msg and before I could explain that the only reason I called back was to finish the msg she started to scold me saying that it is only her and one staff member, they have a ton of voicemails, and she is in the middle of a meeting and she didn't have time for this and next time I should wait until someone calls me back instead of calling right back and the only reason she picked up my call was because she though I was a doctor. In my opinion she was lashing out at me simply because they are understaffed and she was overwhelmed, but so am I and so is every customer picking up a prescription. She had no right to snap at me like that to the point that I am fighting back tears! She is supposed to remain professional. I will be reporting her to their district office!! After I pick up my prescriptions today, I will have all my future prescriptions transferred to another location. When I asked her why she was speaking to me like that and all I wanted was to give them my GoodRx code she started to apologize and put me on hold to have another staff member deal with me. Smh.
