The pharmacy closes at 4pm. I walk up to the counter at 3:59pm and am told “sorry the systems shut down were closed” I know how retail like this works and NOTHING is shut down a minute before closing because if it really is, then your probably going to lose your job because I know it’s a policy at CVS that you cannot “close” early. I had received a text that my medication was ready this afternoon so I rushed over after work as I need to take this medication tonight and this is what I had to deal with. I’ll be switching to the Walgreens in Patchogue pharmacy going forward. No one should use this pharmacy, they don’t care at all.

What an absolute joke of a CVS the girl who was the cashier upfront was rude. I’m obnoxious and downright disrespectful. She couldn’t have a care in the world for customers or anyone else. She was blasting music in her headphones while customers were trying to talk to her not even, small ones big head ones and barely had her ear out where she had to turn her head to hear on top of that not done correctly and had asked to get them redone. She tried to tell me I could get new ones and purchase new ones at the kiosk there or redo it again. Why would I pay for new ones when my first ones did not come out correctly wouldn’t they be redone for free? Nope so I told her I will not be paying for new ones because that is not correct. I asked for a refund Gave me an attitude about given of refund. I could say a lot more, but I will not whoever this young girl is with black hair and wears her headphones. Needs to talk to or needs to get a new job because CVS you were gonna get a lot of pissed off customers and who will go elsewhere because this girl needs a huge attitude adjustment. I believe her name was Faith or something like that

Whenever shopping in CVS for things needed they always seemed to be out of stock for things shopping for never knowing when it will be in stock. This is very frustrating.

Called to fill a prescription and spoke to Kaitlin! When asking her a question she told me I was being difficult! I’ve been using CVS for years and never experienced such rude behavior! She needs to find a new job! Chris the pharmacist was very professional and excused her behavior!

We were always customers at the Holbrook CVS and hated it. The Holbrook location was always too busy and backed up, the pharmacy department was down right nasty, and we just had enough. We met the pharmacist at this CVS in patchogue during Covid when we got vaccinated. We started getting all our vaccines here. We noticed right away that he was always pleasant and seemed to go the extra mile for his customers. He reminds me of the old fashioned pharmacists that always watch out for their customers, knows everyone by name and is always happy to help and give good advice. He made us feel watched out for. We were happy to switch all our prescriptions to this location and it's been a pleasure since. Unfortunately, in the new year our insurance started forcing us to go somewhere else (not covering CVS at all anymore), and I was so upset by it. I'm hoping that will change and we can come back here!

This is the best pharmacy anyone could ever ask for! Be patient, as they are busy, and treat them kindly, and you will definitely receive the best care possible!Don’t be afraid to ask questions. In my experience, the pharmacist has gone above and beyond to help me, and to make recommendations that even my doctor failed to make.Always remember to treat others the way you wish to be treated, even if you’re not feeling well.

The pharmacists are negligent and on 2 occasions lied to cover their mistakes!..the medication was listed as picked up when it was incorrectly labeled. Myfriend has severe diabetes and suffered as a result of their mistakes!!
