Especially the employee named Jessica who was on the floor on 5/26 8.30pm was very y empathetic, went above and beyond to help and was very professional for such a young lady. Very pleasant.

The young man Frank G. who works at the East Patchogue CVS Is an excellent worker and always goes above and beyond, he’s both knowledgeable and informative, I had always just assumed he was a Manager because he seems to handle a lot of things at the store , especially when the store is understaffed, things seem to run smoothly when he is there, and I visit the store quite often. If I could give the pharmacy 0 stars I would. They now have this automated service in which you have to leave a msg and then they will call you back. Fine...I have no problem with that, but I had two prescriptions for pick up in which I needed to give my GoodRx code for and the automated service hung up before I could finish. I then called back and surprisingly a person picked up. It was the Pharmacy Manager Barbara. She automatically picked up the phone with an attitude stating she is in the middle of a meeting and was rushing me. I stated that I was sorry, but I had just left a msg and before I could explain that the only reason I called back was to finish the msg she started to scold me saying that it is only her and one staff member, they have a ton of voicemails, and she is in the middle of a meeting and she didn't have time for this and next time I should wait until someone calls me back instead of calling right back and the only reason she picked up my call was because she though I was a doctor. In my opinion she was lashing out at me simply because they are understaffed and she was overwhelmed, but so am I and so is every customer picking up a prescription. She had no right to snap at me like that to the point that I am fighting back tears! She is supposed to remain professional. I will be reporting her to their district office!! After I pick up my prescriptions today, I will have all my future prescriptions transferred to another location. When I asked her why she was speaking to me like that and all I wanted was to give them my GoodRx code she started to apologize and put me on hold to have another staff member deal with me. Smh.

I was at CVS in East Patchogue this morning, and the manager treated me like I was a thief he followed me around the store. He followed me to the checkout. He watched me as I took my items and scanned them. He checked my bag before I checked out, I felt like I was being watched with every single move. I will never go to the store again.

I absolutely HATE when there are signs where cashiers should be...and then I have to fight with the automated check-out. If I wanted to work at CVS, I would! Walgreens from now on.

I love the pharmacy staff at CVS patchogue west main! They are always trying so hard to fulfill the medications I need! Always so kind, and although extremely short staffed cause the phone is always ringing, while I ask a question they take the time to answer any concerns I have! Maybe they should get another staff person for just phone calls, it seems to me that trying to save payroll has hindered the service and support they are able to offer. The staff is great! Please support them by hiring more staff!My only gripe is the CVS grounds are gross!!! The dumpster area is overflowing with trash yet the dumpster is empty. Weeds all over the building and trash all through the landscape. Seems CVS and the entire NY area doesn’t care about litter anymore.

NEVER BUY YOUR GIFT CARD AT CVS BECAUSE THERE’S DIGITS SCRATCHED OFF AND I HAD TO CALL APPLE SUPPORT AND THEY HELP ME BUT IF I WERE YOU I WILL NEVER BUY YOUR GIFT CARD IT TOOK A LONG TO GET MY MISSING CODE!!!!!???
