From start to finish, the guys over at this Enterprise branch made life so much easier for me. After needing a rental due to an accident, everyone here took the stress out of my day and I left a happy customer. They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied, going as far as even picking me up from my house so I didn't have to spend the money on a taxi service. Everything about my rental was perfect. It was clean, very well-maintained, and drove excellent and the team communicated all the details about my rental thoroughly so it was easily understandable. I had absolutely 0 problems throughout this whole experience and because of this, I will definitely be using Enterprise for all my car rental needs in the future and will recommend it to my friends and family. If I could give more stars to the team here, I would.

My husband had a little accident so we had to take his truck to body shop. He took my car so I had to get a rental. Joe picked me up from the body shop and he was so kind! Evan, Connor and Joe all helped me so much! I had no idea what I was doing first time doing anything like this with the insurance! Excellent customer service!! All so unbelievably kind and walked me through everything!! They explained everything to me and answered all my questions! Would 100% recommend enterprise in patchogue!!!

I had an excellent experience with Enterprise! The entire process, from booking to drop-off was smooth and hassle-free. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. My rental car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed. I really appreciated the clear communication and flexibility with pickup and return times. I’ll definitely be using Enterprise again for future rentals. Highly recommend

Enterprise turned what could have been a nightmare into barely even a hiccup…and I got to drive this baddie for two weeks to boot! Fantastic employees— patient, accommodating, incredibly understanding, empathetic and their garage is STACKED.

Recently needed a rental car and used Enterprise. The staff couldn’t have been more pleasant and accommodating. There was an issue with the tire pressure of the first vehicle that they gave me and immediately gave me a different car. The switch absolute took 15 minutes. I’m very impressed with the overall service.

I've been renting a car for the past month because my car has been in the shop. The team here is nothing short of amazing!!! Everyone made my experience pleasant and easy. Kerry is literally the BEST !! I genuinely have no complaints, everyone is amazing here !

I was involved in a very serious car accident in December 2023, and needed a rental car while all the insurance papers were being processed.My State Farm agent recommended Enterprise in Patchogue.Well from the moment Kerry Keyes, the branch rental manager answered the phone I knew I was in the right hands.She was able to rent me the exact car that I requested and had it ready for pickup the very next day at noon!!!What a relief during such a stressful time. I have to also thank Matt Feltman and Jake Guannico for assisting me with the pick-up, making sure the car was just right and that I was comfortable with not only the car but with explaining the terms of the insurance rental process.They all deserve 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!If you are in need of a rental car look no further than Enterprise in Patchogue.
