Brown's company policy states a problem will be diagnosed within 72 hours if the vehicle is towed into the service dept. One week after our car was towed to Browns, the service advisor Nick, still would not return our phone calls. We spent literally countless hours on hold. Apparently they only have 3 FIAT technicians. Our appeal to the manager, Charlie, was met with information we found to be untrue. He stated that had the car not been towed in, the service dept was booked solid and we would not have been able to obtain an appointment for a month. I hung up with him, called their receptionist and had an appointment time within 48 hours for the exact problem we were having with our car. When the FIAT was finally repaired it we paid top dollar, literally thousands of dollars, for a clutch. These are the many reasons we can not recommend Brown's. service dept.

I'm writing this review about a year and a half after I went here to look for a car because they decided to call me a year and a half later to ask me if I was still interested. Don't understand why they kept my information. I decided not to go with this dealership because the salespeople were extremely rude and not at all welcoming.

would highly suggest not to use this place for service or for buying a car. they do not know what they are doing. one day they say they see no issues, the next day (after you call them on their nonsense) they find the issue then try to charge you more for actually doing the work from the first time. very untrustworthy.

I bought a brand new Fiat. I didn't like how the salesman was treating me, so I shopped online and bought the car in the Carolinas. Keep in mind, this car was brand new and had a manuel transmission. My new car had a bad transmission when I went to pick it up!!! It didn't stop there... My car's climate control re-circulate button sometimes stays lit, sometimes flashes for a while and shuts off. Also I drove to Florida, and turned on the high beams. That instant my headlights and high beams went out. Bear in mind, the car has 32K on it. They are saying the bulbs went out. That instant I lost both headlights and high beams??? Either way I slept in my car, because it's unsafe to drive with no headlights. Now my dashboard squeeks sometimes, since they attempted to fix the climate control issue. I waited a week for the apt to fix the headlights, climate control (2nd attempt,) And outside temp. The temp thought it was 20-30 degrees warmer then it really was. I dropped my car off Sunday night. It is now Friday, and they are telling me about fixing the squeek. I waited one week for this service apt, and they changes headlights and a part in the mirror??? I'm still waiting for the car to be returned. It's now 6 days after the Sunday that I dropped it off, and I waited a week for the apt I had. Honestly I would recommend any car other then a brand new Fiat. This car makes me think about lemons, back in the day. Wish me luck...
