I’m giving 3 stars because while I appreciated them accommodating me for a 6pm appointment, I was disappointed with the pedicure experience. One technician started the service but then left to take another client for eyebrow work, and someone else took over. I asked the first technician if she had explained my preferences, and she assured me she had—but unfortunately, the second technician didn’t follow through with what I had requested and instead did what she felt was best. The lack of communication and attention to detail left me dissatisfied with the overall service.

I’ve been getting my nails done by Ana for a while now, and I honestly can’t imagine going to anyone else. She is a true artist—every set she does is flawless, creative, and exactly what I ask for. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she always takes her time to make sure everything looks perfect. Not only is she skilled, but she’s also warm, professional, and makes you feel completely comfortable. If you’re looking for quality and care, Ana is it!
Marta is hands down the best when it comes to pedicures. She’s gentle, thorough, and truly takes her time to pamper your feet. I leave every appointment feeling relaxed and refreshed—and my toes look amazing every single time! Marta creates such a peaceful vibe, and she makes sure your comfort comes first. Her work is clean, polished, and long-lasting. Highly recommend her if you want a top-tier pedicure experience.

I don’t say this lightly when I say that this was the BEST manicure and pedicure experience of my life. We came in (my daughter who is 11 and my sister in law and I) for pedicures and manicures. From the moment we walked in everyone was kind and welcoming. They explained everything that was going to happen in detail and answered every question we had thoroughly. The place was spotless and they even explained when things were going to be a different prices if we changed what we wanted. We got a normal pedicure, 2 vitamin C pedicures, a full set with a French manicure and a cat eye dip/gel manicure. Everything was wonderful and we can’t wait to go back again!

I’ve been going to First Lady nail salon and spa since they opened 12 years ago. I have experienced six different owners in that same location. They are hands-down the best of all of them. There is a reason that they have been in business for 12 years. The owners, Anna and Jackie. (Good Morning) and the staff are the best! They are all very good, but my gal Lily is great and a sweetheart! They are so friendly, welcoming, and courteous. I live in Mount Sinai and there are many nail salons in my area however I don’t mind driving from Mount Sinai to Patchogue because it is really worth it! I tell my friends and family I am going to my, “Zen Den”. I asked them please try not to call me unless it is an emergency. lol! The salon has a very relaxing atmosphere. It’s been very nice watching their business grow over the years. I highly recommend the First Lady Nail and Spa. Hope you will Enjoy it as much as I do. ❤️?

Every nail technician can do multiple kinds of nails and designs. They work as a team supporting one another and making sure you are satisfied. They are kind and professional. But call ahead to make an appointment because if you just show up you may get disappointed.
