If you make an appointment if faster to get help. Nice people working there, I was glad to be there and watch a team member being patient and helpful with an older couple.... The majority of repairs or updates takes 2 to 3 days. If you want an explanation of what they did to fix it you need to make an appointment to pick up but you can also read it on the paper they return to you... you can pick it up without an appointment if you don't want any explanation or question.

These are not real repair people. They’re glorified troubleshooters with an eerily high sense of entitlement. Make sure you’re under warranty for your product, otherwise be ready for upsell from these neck beards. If you’re not in warranty just Google your local repair shop, other than iFixScreens, which strives to be like Geek Squad.

Actively unhelpful to the point of malicious and deceptive. I went in with my 3 year old desktop and after taking a quick look at it in the back, I was advised it was beyond repair (rather, it would be prohibitively expensive to try) and I should buy a new computer. I took it to another repair shop - after a week I got it back with much better service and advice (battery needed to be reset, needs inexpensive replacement eventually).
Get a second opinion if you trust their advice - they're looking to make sales first and maintenance second.

Talk about professionalism!!! I went twice for 2 separate issues and both times was given explanations and assistance with the most respectful of staff. I will continue to go back should I have any other questions.

I bought a new computer which was set up for me, then called to get remote access by staff to install my wireless printer. Everyone I met was very eager to meet my needs. I was taken on time (sometimes ahead of time if someone did not show up. I did take the service of Total Tech Support and it is such a comfort to know I have somewhere to go when I have a problem.
