Visited last week: didn't have the tires I wanted in stock, but gave me a free alignment checkup, and removed the installation fee for me and offered me an alignment for 50% of the usual price, though I had to turn down the offer due to financial reasons.

I dropped my car off to get an oil change, and they called me to say that they noticed my inspection was due. Jessica then asked if I wanted to take care of that as well. I said definitely.
Thank you for noticing. I was told that they would call when my car was ready.
When I went to pickup my car, the gentleman at the front desk asked what he could assist me with. I explained then I drop my car off this morning for an oil change and then I was told that I needed an inspection. Thought it was here to pick up my car.
Ty was Professional and courteous to me. He explained what was done to my car and explained the detailed receipt I received.
Ty is an asset to your company. He takes pride in the work that he does by providing excellent customer service.

They do decent work. I’ve gone there for years to get simple stuff done. Brakes, tires, oil, inspection. There’s a couple familiar faces that have been there a long time and i like them. Who knows if they’re handling your car though?
They are a typical franchise though. Most guys dont want to go above and beyond to help. Most aren't going to answer questions intelligently. They will pull apart your car to upsell you on something. Theres a guy at the counter sometimes with neck tattoos and hair plugs. You talk with him or 5 seconds you’ll know what i mean. My advice is to be pushy with the people here.

Got four tires and a TPMS sensor replaced. Install labor was expensive; TPMS install labor was charged separately from tire install and should have been included. The TPMS sensor part price was also very high compared to most on the market.

I hit a nail and my tire started losing air at the beginning of a very busy planned day. I arrived at the store as they were opening, and they quickly took care of me and I was back on the road without missing a beat.

I've come to this place for years and services and was always excellent. In recent months management has changed and my last experience caused me to say I will never come to this establishment again or recommend friends and family.
I went in for an Ac analysis, dropped my car off at 8am, received a call at 3pm stating the AC is good (running cold) and told me I need new rear tires and an air filter, I declined tires due to funding requesting the air filter only. I received another call 3 hours later with claims that the AC is no longer good, I now need a water pump and compressor. Seems they were trying to get extra money any way they can, I don't appreciate their shake down attempt and taking my business elsewhere.
Two days later I got a second opinion and told someone intentionally unplugged the compressor.

Great service. Had an aftermarket alternator that I brought to them installed. They also replaced my bad serpentine belt. A week later started having charging issues due to the aftermarket alternator, which also damaged the new serpentine belt. I brought the vehicle back to have the aftermarket alternator removed and for them to supply a replacement alternator And they were able to warranty out the damage serpentine belt. Everything was done quite quickly and efficiently.

Courteous and serviced my car right away. Got flat and called he said come in and expect the tire to be fixed in 20 minutes, which it was completed.
Would definitely bring my car back for any type of service.

Always have had a good experience with these fellas right here. They work hard and fast. It is never cheap but it is what it is. I feel like they're honest and take the time to really diagnose the issues with your vehicle. Always provide break down prior to doing anything. They also are thorough and provide receipts with each item they're charging you for. I always will come here for my truck.
