“We needed to frame 3 prints and we were told that the size we needed was 14 by 11. The prints we had had a white border around them exceeding the size of the frame. I asked them to cut the prints to the proper size. I was absolutely amazed when told that Michael's does not cut prints to size. They said just buy the frames and cut the prints to size yourself. I ask you... why does Michael's have a framing department? They could use the space for something else. I'm glad my surgeon doesn't have that policy... I'd hate to do my own bypass. Here, just buy these scalpels and do it yourself. I'm still laughing at the absurdity.”

“I brought my Grandmother's hand painted canvas in, which was left to me when she passed. Our moving company accidentally broke the 60 year old frame the painting was housed in. Thadius in the custom framing department was amazing. He helped me with the frame and matting and really cared.
My Grammy is now home.”
“They are really pushing that self checkout. Seems to me, it's more trouble than it's worth. Only one human cashier my visit and 2 people monitoring self checkout. Can't use cash at self checkout. Big business seems to be the head of the monster to kill cash. Otherwise, store is very clean, well stocked and nice.”
“Amazing store with a great selection for Pokemon collectibles. Felt really bad as my friends and I came in 15 minutes before close but staff were kind and accomodating. Really cool figures and toys. Also a lot of mid era and vintage cards that threw me off guard. Had to pick up a few for the personal collection cause they're so hard to find. Prices are fair and reasonable. Will definitely be coming back here the next time I'm in town.”
