The worst homedepot in the tristate area. Placed and order with a time slot. Never was delivered. They charged my card and with no confirmation decided to deliver on a different date.
Do not use this store. Do not deal with Josh or Steve.
This is going to be brought to the attention of the BBB, consumer affairs, and the attorney general.
Constant run around. Zero answers and many many hours on the phone with absolutely no fix to the issue.

Today my fiancé was at Home Depot picking up a gallon of paint to paint our new home. When my fiancé got home I met him outside to help him bring everything in and we saw that the paint gallon had spilled all over our back seat. We currently share one car that we use to bring our two kids to dr appointments multiple times a week as well as taking our 6 year old to school everyday. somewhat disappointing experience. was literally told to go to pc richard for a thru the wall ac unit. but, i can't not recommend it because it's home depot, and it is what it is. close and convenient for me when i need to make small home repairs.

It is always hard to find someone to help you in any of the departments. And the busiest time of the morning with all the contractors buying material, they have one register open And 2 self-service registers open. Plus, the new layout of the Commercial registers is horrible.

I have spend well over 100k in Home Depot over the years and i recently purchased a toro lawn mower and had the worst experience. The ASM Tony is the worst store manager ever. No personality and extremely arrogant. The customer service employees are not trained correctly and gave me the wrong warranty information. Now i have a $400 lawn mower that does not work and they are doing nothing about it. Looks like thanks to ASM TONY, Lowe's just got all my business. THANK YOU TONY!!!

Will never ever ever buy another product from Home Depot. We bought a lawn mower in May!!!! We were lied to by a Justin in customer service who told us that we had a 6 month warranty because the unit was a reconditioned unit. Here we are 3 months later, after being away on vacation and the lawn mower is giving us issues. My husband spoke to someone who said to come down. A worker in the rental equipment center just told my boyfriend and I wanting to rent a truck “SOL†(s*** outta luck) because the employee was holding the last truck for someone else meanwhile we were first in line. Thanks for your excellent customer service.

Had a gas mower go bad after 4 months. The manager exchanged it for me pain-free.. Went in with a 3 month old gas blower.. Girl at the desk insisted they couldn't exchange gas appliances after 30 days, even after being informed they just exchanged the mower.. Took it to the HD repair shop.. Paul, the repairman, came out and actually serviced it right there.. Got it working good as new. I'd give 5 stars to HD, except for the inconsistent exchabge policy from one employee to another. But Paul and the service dept get 10 stars from me
