This Home Depot is to me hands down the most customer service dedicated.
Every time I go there I’m always greeted with a smile and if I need any help. This goes such a long way for me and says a lot about this place. Had a great experience with a wonderful worker Tricia in the cabinet area. She went above and beyond service for me with all the help in getting the correct cabinets for me. Thank you so much!!!!
I also order with the flooring dept he also was so helpful again with a smile and how can he help me. Made it so easy I didn’t get his name and I’m sorry for that. Thank you also.

This is the part where I ask, “you want the truth, right?” Well, the truth is the new checkout layout for this Home Depot was a terrible move. I understand there’s a lot Problems with people stealing And my assumption is the new layout is to handle that but the way you guys go about it it’s kind of overzealous Let me help you as opposed to hey sir, how can I help you? So maybe just have the staff tone it down a bit at the checkout and let people do their self checkouts. And an additional sidenote, this annoyed me Quite a bit granted, I only bought two items today, which was A hose clamp and cutter for backyard insect control But usually when I check out, I want an email receipt so if I need to return an item, I can return it with the email receipt and or keep it for warranty purposes the lady who checked me out, she didn’t even ask. She just pushed the print receipt Assuming that I wanted no email records or anything. Guys get it together I like this Home Depot I really do but this new layout Has you guys messed up

I travel for work, many states, i often have to stop at a Home Depot for a tool i need for a
Job. So Ive been in a lot of them. This one by far has the most awesome employees. Every single employee greeted me and asked if I needed help finding anything. Everywhere I walked, I was so shocked because most Home Depots, you cant even find someone to ask a question, and when you do they seem bothered. The folks at this Home Depot were amazing.

I had the absolute worst experience with the GM at this location.
He basically blamed me for trying to pick up BBQ the was not put together even after receiving an email. He had zero customer service skills and needs to be trained.

Home Depot has the best employees. They go out of their way to help, often even walking you to the isle where the needed product is. Very knowledgeable. I always get a kick out of how knowledgeable the women are. Prices are fair, better than Lowes. I always come home with what I needed.

Went in for paint. Haven’t been there in a while. I forgot how nice the employees are and very knowledgeable. Was taken back with the service. Well done I knew there was a reason why I shop there.
