“Had a gas mower go bad after 4 months. The manager exchanged it for me pain-free.. Went in with a 3 month old gas blower.. Girl at the desk insisted they couldn't exchange gas appliances after 30 days, even after being informed they just exchanged the mower.. Took it to the HD repair shop.. Paul, the repairman, came out and actually serviced it right there.. Got it working good as new. I'd give 5 stars to HD, except for the inconsistent exchabge policy from one employee to another. But Paul and the service dept get 10 stars from me”
“I’ve been to this Home Depot on many occasions. Most of the time they are well-stocked, have reasonable prices, and all the equipment that I need. Most of the staff are extremely kind welcoming and helpful. There have been occasions when I’ve encountered staff that don’t know what they are doing, and are unable to help, but the majority of the time the staff are helpful. The one complaint I have,, which is a consistent problem, are their shopping carts. They ate In the worst possible condition. They are extremely difficult to push and manipulate. With muscle strength limited due to illness, this makes my trip to Home Depot extremely difficult. Even those who are healthy would find these carts a challenge. I don’t think it would take too much to replace these cards with new ones. hopefully Home Depot will see this review and take some action! It Is my favorite store after all.
Update on 4/2/26 I recently visited Home depot and discovered they have new shopping carts!! I am so thankful! Now I can shop without pain and difficulty. Great job Home Depot!”
