Really happy with my experience. They had a great selection and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without being pushy. The prices were fair, and Amir was friendly and easy to work with. Highly overpriced. Found the same tile on line at a much cheaper price. Had the owner price out other items and they were way over priced. Would never go there again.

Everything came in 1 week
Very happy with ideal tile

Visited the store on a Sunday just before they were about to close .. Amir greeted us , welcomed us and didn’t rush us .
Picked a very nice flat white ( custom order ) subway tile - it was in a day later ! Custom grout was in one day after that. - my contractor overestimated the mount we needed and even though the bill showed it was a special order with no returns Amir took back the excess and gave us a store credit .
Would have no hesitation to recommend him and the tile store ..

I had a great experience here, the owner was very nice, lots of choices of tile and very good pricing, the tiles arrived when I was told it was supposed to.

I cannot say enough about amr and his team, they were absolutely wonderful to work with. They gave me the time and space I needed to look over the products at my pace and when asked, provided very knowledgeable product support without any of the typical sales pressure that I have experienced in other bath showrooms.

I had Amir's crew do a kitchen floor, and some light tape and spackle work, he said wouldn't be an a problem for his guys, we'll, my floor looks great, the tape and spackle is fine, but they left my home a complete wreck, they bearly covered anything before sanding the spackle they used, they where very unprofessional cutting tile on my deck leaving all the cut tile and dust left from the job all over my front deck, I'm still cleaning dust from there lack of covering the areas they worked in, and has traveled to areas they never touched.

Horrible Customer Service and greedy people. They deserve a MINUS ZERO STAR. I will never do business with them ever again. I suggest you find a reputable establishment to do do business. Never going back! They pretend to be trustworthy but the truth is they just want your money, Looking at the other reviews you guys really don't deserve to be open.

Best shop for tiles and rental trucks. Amir the guy who helped us, gave us a great customer service. Shop is really nice from inside and the design of the tiles. They also have so much unique styles. Great place to shop?

I had my sons kitchen floor done by a Amir last year with radiant floor heating felt the wall was very hot. Had an electrician open the wall. Thank God he did because the wires were all melted and chard and the wall has burnt marks . I found out that he hired a non licensed electrician to do the work . My house would have burnt down if this wasn’t found.. Update . He refused to fix this . He said warranty expired. floor was installed 7/21 . Doesnt care that he almost burnt down my sons home. ( my son is physically disabled from a rare condition called moya moya syndrome ) Amir knows this and knows that if the house went totally on fire he wouldn't have made it out of the house if me or his nurse were not here. Run from this man!! UPDATE: consumer affairs is now involved Amir is unlicensed at the time he did home improvement and the case is going to the Suffolk County District Attorneys office. All I wanted him to do is give me my money back.. Update: my son won in court but he still hasn't paid.. Do not use this man you will regret it!!
