I needed brakes and I needed them bad. I haven't been to a mechanic in a minute because my husband use to do most of the maintenance on our cars. Due to various reasons he is unable to do this now.This is one of the things about adulting I hate--dealing with car stuff. So when I called Arthur's Auto and got Chris on the phone for I was immediately thrown for a loop because for the first time I didn't hate the fact that I had to deal with this situation. Not only was he accommodating, even with me being a first time customer, but he didn't make me feel car stupid or anything. Not only were my brakes completely done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price, Chris kept me informed the entire day and also gave me some things to be aware of. I really appreciated his transparency. All in all my mom mobile, Jenny, is doing great and stopping on a dime.

By far the BEST auto shop repair on the island! Brought my wife's jeep in for a major repair ! And I gotta say Chris was extremely helpful and kept me updated on every step of the way through the entire process , Clarified every step , told me what needed to be done , how much it was going to cost, how long it would take and was genuinely honest and open about everything! It's rare to meet and work with genuine people nowadays but there's no doubt that Chris is the man and knows how to run a proper business! I will most definitely be bringing any and all automotive work right to Chris at Arthur's AutoRepair ! Excellent work! I can't thank these guys enough , Worth every penny ! Thank you so much Chris !

This mechanic is A++ best one I've ever went to. First time I went there he immediately said I could bring my car in to get looked at, right as I got there he's already outside coming to check the problem on my car. Polite, fast, decent price. I can't ask for anything more from a mechanic.
