“Back when this Laundromat was called superwash it was awful ?. I saw people get hit homeless people breaking glass it was a bad place back then. I remember watching one lady rip up a guys jacket ? for cursing around her daughter. She almost smacked him . Facebook should start a group about this Laundromat. “All the dryers and washers work great and Sylvie the owner(?) is an absolute sweetheart! Using the low setting on the dryers will take twice as long to dry your clothes, so I recommend doing half time of both settings if you’re drying something with elastics! Please give this place a try, they deserve all the support!”
“The most kind hearted, professional and fantastic cleaners on LONG ISLAND! I had a last minute meeting in another state, and I desperately needed my suit and shirt to be cleaned.. they did it within the day. Had it ready for me so I could catch my flight. The woman who works the counter is a sweetheart, and the man who works in the back is incredibly nice. and they did such great work. They know how to run a business and get repeat customers!”

They had it all day and when I went to pick it up they said it couldn't be fixed. My friend told me about Best Cleaners and dropped my jacket off . The next day it was fixed , brand new perfect . I will be going to them from now on . Excellent Service , you have a new customer !.”

“I’ve been using this dry cleaner for years. When I was younger in the early 2000 I would bring my dee jay tux to get dry cleaned, and I still use them today to clean my butchers jackets weekly. They do a fantastic job and the prices are awesome. If you’re new in the neighborhood I highly recommend them.”

Whenever I bring my blankets, I always ask him which machine is best and he never fails to assist me with activating my card. Never has a bad attitude or makes me feel like I’m annoying him. His politeness and willingness to help make each visit enjoyable.

“Come prepared. This is an old school laundromat. You have to come with cash. The machines need 4 dollars in quarters to run. No worries they have a machine to turn your bills in to quarters. There is no Apple Pay or electronic payment options that were obvious to me. Also you will need quarters for dryers as well.”

“As far as dry cleaners go, for me this place is good for alterations and pressing pants/shirts. They do it all and have been here for years. Be sure to request straight crease for your pants or else you'll get no crease. All pressed items are perfectly starched. Highly recommend.”
“Staff are friendly and helpful! But update last few times I went I found sketchy guys hanging around my dryers and recently I found a bunch of my clothes missing. I called to speak to management and was told they take no responsibility for stolen clothes. If you aren’t taking responsibility then make sure you have some kind of security there to oversee the cameras when a theft does occur. When it’s busy and you can’t get a working dryer on the main side you have no choice but to go back and forth that’s when I saw it he sketchy guys one when I was going to grab my clothes he kept opening my machine after I told him twice in Spanish this isn’t your Machine then he looked at me with this goofy smirk and left. The other time I went to the car to charge my phone and when I came back there was a sketchy guy right in front of my dryer he wouldn’t move even when I was trying to get my clothes out, made me extremely uncomfortable another immigrant. Changing to one star!”
“I'm not sure why there's so many bad reviews. Probably the entitled Karens... I've been going to this cleaners for years and they never have disappointed me. The woman in the front is super nice and always listens to me. The man who occasionally comes to the front just doesn't speak english well so he comes off angry or mean, but once you talk to him he is funny. They always give my clothing clean and always exceeds my expectations. And i love how big and CLEAN this cleaners is.”

“I have been going here for over 20 years, I used to do my laundry but now I drop off and pick up clean folded laundry. Rosa is wonderful and pleasant very accommodating. The cost is really inexpensive when you account for your own time saved! I moved about 15 miles east of here 3 years ago and still make it a point to bring my laundry here. They are very helpful to older and or handicapped clients also. I highly recommend this laundromat!!!”
