I can’t say enough good things about Extra Space Storage— patchogue location, but especially about Mike and Frank.
I was completely panicked and needed help, and they didn’t just do their jobs—they went above and beyond. They took extra steps to make sure I was okay and truly taken care of, and that level of dedication is rare these days.
Extra Space Storage has always been clean, convenient, and safe, but what really sets this location apart is the people. Mike and Frank exemplify professionalism, compassion, and a genuine commitment to excellence.

Had a great experience renting here. Rented 3 of their largest sheds for 17 months. Never experienced a problem at all. It was really easy to rent and the staff was super helpful. Had an 18 wheeler deliver my household goods and the lot was plenty big to accommodate it. The property is always clean both inside and outside. Highly recommend this location if you are looking for a safe, secure and clean place to store your items.

I had a great experience with this storage facility. The space is clean, secure, and easy to access whenever I need it. The staff has been friendly and helpful whenever I needed them which really made the process simple and stress-free. One time I lost my lock key and they were happy to help cut off the old lock to my unit. I also appreciate how well-maintained the property is. They recently installed digital access which is great. It glitches a little with the front gate but I think it’s something they will shortly work through. I do recommend this storage space, especially because it is conveniently off sunrise highway.
