Horrible horrible horrible experience with this store. Went over the fact that I need the box brought into my home because I have a bad back and it would be hard for me to bring in the box by myself. Explained this several times. The woman who did the order said there is ONLY a charge for delivery if I want them to set up the mattress and haul away my old one. I informed her I just need the box brought into the apartment. What happens this morning they just leave it at the upstairs tenants door and I had to drag the box down into my apartment. This store has horrible customer service and I would avoid.

Excellent service from Brianna at the patchogue location. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions! She never once pushed us to buy or steered us to a certain mattress. We purchased a great mattress and we requested delivery 3 days after purchase and that was confirmed. Very good experience!! Would absolutely recommend them!
