Very expensive they up all the prices and now they have all self checkouts. Takes longer if you need a price change or help with vouchers.

Was unable to find what I needed, also had trouble using a Michael's gift card. Cashier was unable to help me, I put my stuff aside and called customer service. Turns out the strip was worn, all the cashier had to do was manually input the info. Wasted additional 25mins that was unnecessary.

We needed to frame 3 prints and we were told that the size we needed was 14 by 11. The prints we had had a white border around them exceeding the size of the frame. I asked them to cut the prints to the proper size. I was absolutely amazed when told that Michael's does not cut prints to size. They said just buy the frames and cut the prints to size yourself. I ask you... why does Michael's have a framing department? They could use the space for something else. I'm glad my surgeon doesn't have that policy... I'd hate to do my own bypass. Here, just buy these scalpels and do it yourself. I'm still laughing at the absurdity.
