“I brought my HP laptop in after it fritzed out on me at work. I've dropped it quite a few times, so I honestly expected a callback saying that I would need to replace my laptop. The guys at MPS kept me up to date with each step of the repair, until I got that wonderful call saying "Your laptop is all good to go. Come on in."I brought my laptop back to them a few weeks later for another issue, and when I came in to check on it, they had already taken care of it.All in all, these guys did an amazing job. Given my clumsiness with my devices, I will most definitely be returning here!”

More praise on top of that he worked very hard was super patient with all our questions and the whole experience was a complete A+ and I would totally go back and do business at this store because of all this nice young gentleman‘s help with Bobby and the store again. “I went in to see about a new phone plan. I was not looking to spend a ton of money and get suckered in to getting a new phone. The staff was amazing and Robert was top-notch. He worked with Jackie who had gotten off of work for the day but stayed to help me as a team. I give them 10 out of 10 for customer service and knowledge thank you Robert. I love my new phone. I entered this AT&T store in Patchogue and received such kind, patient and professional service that I was literally astounded. Such courtesy and generosity extended to this (me) senior person who struggles with technology was refreshing to say the least. I highly recommend this store and its employees.”
