I have a band and we go on tour frequently. We had come back from a tour in early August, scheduled to tour again late August. We were trying to get an alignment, got turned away from one place, and priced out of another. within two days, and less than a week until we had to leave for the tour, these guys got our RV driving so smooth for a very reasonable price in record time.

The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and inviting, with complimentary coffee, tea, water, and snacks. It was a nice touch that made the wait pleasant.
The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. They clearly explained the maintenance my vehicle needed and took the time to answer my questions. What I appreciated most was that they never pressured me into making unnecessary repairs. Instead, they provided honest recommendations and explained what I may want to consider addressing in the future, allowing me to make an informed decision.
I also found their pricing to be very reasonable, especially compared with what I have experienced at the dealership, where similar services were considerably more expensive.
While waiting, I spoke with another customer who had been referred by a coworker after getting a quick oil change a few days earlier. She told me her coworker had assured her that she would be pleased with the service and that the process would be quick. She arrived after me and was actually finished before I was - which made perfect sense since my vehicle required additional work beyond a standard oil change.
I was extremely pleased with my experience at Ossie’s Auto. The knowledgeable service, honest recommendations, reasonable pricing, and genuine customer care all in a timely manner really stood out and impressed me!

“I brought my Jeep in with a very severe death wobble and honestly expected to leave with a huge repair bill costing thousands. Instead, the team was honest, knowledgeable, and fixed the issue quickly by diagnosing it as a couple loose steering drag link bolts that just needed tightening. They also took care of an oil change, and my total bill was only $141. It’s rare to find a mechanic shop that is this trustworthy and doesn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs. My Jeep drives great now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend!!!”

“I had a great experience at Barnwell House of Tires. I came in for a brand new set of tires and they got everything mounted and balanced quickly at a very fair price. The staff was friendly, professional, and had me in and out faster than I expected. It’s hard to find honest, efficient service these days, but these guys delivered. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone who needs tires. and The will rotate the tires for you for free after you hit a certain amount of miles which is a pretty cool Deal in my opinion 🙏🏻 Thank you guys it’s much appreciated”

“Have nothing but amazing experience everytime I go. I use the middle island location. Lionel and the rest of the workers were super helpful and helped me in an emergency situation. I needed two front tires and I have children, of course this landed on a holiday weekend. They even made phone calls to another location to help me find the right size due to them not having it in stock. Great experience great workers and my car was also finished prior to my scheduled appointment time because I showed up early. Would recommend to anyone! It’s also amazing that any service that is done is logged into the Carfax history and it alerts me my history of the car had been updated.
