Purchased a washer and dryer a few months ago and also bought the pure wash system by GreenTech to reduce the use of detergents. I never felt the pure wash system was working properly, and I spoke to Jimmy Schutte, my sales rep, and explained my concerns. Jimmy came to my house, on his day off, to look at the hook up and realized one part was installed incorrectly. Within 5 minutes the pure wash system was up and running!! Outstanding service by Jimmy! I will absolutely use him again for all my purchases.

Bought a high-end washing machine from P.C. Richard & Son and paid extra for their extended warranty. When it stopped working, I was told it would take about a month to repair. No temporary solution, no urgency, just a long wait with no washer despite paying for their protection plan. Really disappointed in how little value the warranty actually provides. Needless to say I won't be shopping with PC Richard anymore.
