Never answer the phone calls - i cal multiple times. Theres only one person working there - short staff makes it take the entire morning or afternoon just to get your blood work. I got mine a month ago, never heard from them

The lady at this place is so bitter, and angry. She doesn't love her job neither to deal with patients. I don't know what is she doing here??♀️? I only wanted to make a question and she told me I have to wait my turn "almost 30 minutes"...My question was "How long does this lab take to have the blood test results?" Simple question that she easily could answer me while attending other customers.

I was there with my son for over an hour on Saturday 11/8 just to find out that the lady at the desk had no clue the order the patients were going in. I do not recommend this place. They are not profesional.

Why is there only one person doing everything, that's how mistakes happen,she is jumping around back and forth,you can get the patients in and out quicker while one is drawing blood and the other taking care of the patients. More patients more money

Lab work was supposed to be sent to my Dr. When I got there the Dr. didn’t have the results. They called to find out why. The Dr. was told I need to sign a release form. When I called the local branch I went to I was told the results should have been sent directly to the Dr. She didn’t know why I had to have a release form and I should go call the lab itself. Instead of her calling them to straighten this mess out, she told me to deal with it. My dr. and I had to wait an hour unnecessarily to fix this issue calling and faxing forms Instead of the local branch correcting the issue. Wasted an hour trying to fix the lab’s mistakes.

TODAY WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 13, MY GOD!! I WAS ATTENDED BY THE MOST RUDE AND ILL-EDUCATED PERSON, NOTHING PROFESSIONAL, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!! POOR ATTENTION!!!
