I recently took my dogs to Petco for grooming, and it was a terrible experience. My Westie ended up with an uneven cut, my Labrador was inexplicably aggressive afterward, and both dogs were still wet when I picked them up. This level of carelessness is completely unacceptable.
I used to go to my regular Petco for grooming, but since they stopped offering the service, I decided to give this location a try. Big mistake! The staff seemed unprofessional and inattentive, showing little concern for the well-being of the dogs in their care.
I will never return to this Petco for grooming. A business that offers pet services should treat animals with care and professionalism, and sadly, that was far from my experience. If you love your pets, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for grooming services.

Great store with a friendly staff. I always need help finding things for my puppy, and there's always staff members happy to help. Highly recommend.

Our puppy Maxwell just completed his 4 private training lessons with Victoria H. She was TERRIFIC! Our puppy just loved her and would listen to her. She taught my husbnd and I how to follow through with the training at home and it works!!
We highly recommend Victoria for anyone looking for an excellent dog trainer!

I am completely impressed with the care and attention given to me and my dog on our first appointment. Some was routine ( shots and general wellness)..Some was to discuss behavior issues with separation anxiety. I received a complete written report of our visit with our plan and follow up. The vet was very knowledgeable and kind…as was the staff.

2nd Srike! If there is a 3rd strike I will go out of my way to use a different Petco, or a different pet store all together! I ordered online my 35lb bag of Hills dog food. Had to call when I got there for curbside pickup because the app wasnt working, not a problem. The person who answered was very short with me. When she brought the bag out to my car she looked annoyed, never smiled once. I told her she could put the bag on my back seat, she literally threw the bag in, and if I hadn’t said thank you, she sure wasn’t going to, she mumbled a “you’re welcome” under her breath and walked away. I have never come across such a rude employee! I don’t need to be treated like I was putting her out to do her damn job! Do better Petco, or you’ll be losing a long time customer.

My daughter n I took our 2 puppies to get them collars, the selection was excellent and reasonably priced. I would like to compliment the employee who was stocking fish section at the time because he came over to show us which would be better fit for our small puppies, he was extremely friendly and helpful, unfortunately I can’t remember his name

Great place for everything. The prices are high compared to mom and pop shops, and fish are very expensive. Still a good place if you need multiple items
