Love them. They always do a great job grooming my dogs and they are happy to go there! Can’t say enough about them, definitely check them out. The staff is friendly and listens to your wants/needs…won’t go anywhere else for my baby boy and girl

I bought the Husky I had just rescued to get groomed, and he returned shed free. My house was a fur ball beforehand. Great job.

Worst experience EVER. I took my cat in for a bath and nail trimming, granted my cat wasn’t able to get a bath due to Not being cooperative. So when I got the call to pick up my cat since she’s unable to get a bath but how they trimmed her nails I did so, but once I got home and she ran out the bag I noticed that she starts licking her paws, and Her paws Have blood on them and the more I started to look I noticed that the groomer had cut her claws extremely short! One of her claws was cut EXTREMELY SHORT it looks as if She no longer has a claw, and I wish I wasExaggerating. I tried to take pictures of her claws but she was startled as it is but I still managed to get some pictures. I called the grooming Place crying because never in my life have I’ve ever seen her nails cut this short to the point it was bleeding so bad. I am very aggravated and disappointed!

This place was taken on by new owners… and oh my what a difference. The place is 100x’s cleaner! The staff will accommodate any needs for your pets. I called for an appointment and they got me in the next day for both my dogs. I’ve never been more satisfied in a grooming until yesterday after they returned me back my labradoodle (straight hair) and Aussiedoodle (straight hair). Both coats on my dogs are shinning, both are so soft to the touch and smelling absolutely amazing. Thank you for taking such good care of my babies!! Be back in 3 months!

Our beloved puppy went for his first haircut, and boy was he happy. He came home and we had a long talk. He said the ladies there were great. They were so gentle and kind. He really enjoyed his time and is looking forward to the next trip.Thanks-FitzWhat he actually said when he got home was:Bark bark bark bark bark bark bark bark bark bark bark bark bark bark... No complaints at all they got my cat right in during an emergency cleaning situation she was out in less then a hour spotless her claws looked good and she was alot calmer when I got her back then when I brought here in so im sure she was in good hands im not sure what average prices are for what I had done but I can say I was satiafied

My first experience coming here was great.They had another apt coming up. There was miss communication, and my dogs didn’t get dropped off to this place but ended up getting dropped off somewhere very close by. Wasn’t able to call this place myself to let them know myself what had happened. They called me, and the lady on the phone gave me a nasty attitude. I tried explaining what had happen and just continued with her attitude and hung up. I understand the frustration l, but stuff happens.

This business is the most caring professional talented dog grooming establishment I have ever used. Emma is super talented and has groomed my poodle a few times and always always exactly how I wanted her groomed. The staff is super friendly and personable and my puppy just loves going there.
