They're sending me emails threatening to send my moms unit to auction. She is TWO WEEKS BEHIND for the FIRST TIME ever being late. She had a stroke and is in mather hospital. I tried to call and explain that to them, but no one picks up the phone. So now my mother is going to lose her belongings while in the hospital because of the ineptitude of this location.
