Called on behalf of a friend. The guy was rude and unprofessional. He wouldn't even tell me the price, saying I SHOULD ALREADY KNOW THE PRICE SINCE MY FRIEND WAS ALREADY THERE. When I asked for the owners number, he said he might not call you back since he is in and out of the office all day. The owner did call me back right away, and was almost just as unprofessional as his brother in law. At least the owner admitted the guy should not have spoken that way, saying he's not a customer service representative. This place seems Shady, hence all the negative reviews. I told my friend to stay away.

Found a car I loved for what I thought was a great price but when I went to finance it, was told it had a salvaged title and I could not finance it. I was disappointed for 2 reasons I was not told that the car had been totaled at some point just that it had a minor accident and second that the price the car was selling for did not reflect the situation. I needed a car quickly and was set back time wise in looking for a car because I thought I found one. Live & learn

I called and was yelled at when I mentioned that the rear brakes /rotors had to be done we knew about the E Brake needing work .. the front brakes were shot and the calipers were shot and frozen .. the oil change we did and the oil was black. Now you ask why not take it to your mechanic to check it out well we asked and was told we couldn’t do it now for the kicker .. we have a Repair shop so we said the e brake we will take care of and the minor things no biggie and he says we were looking at it for an hour yes but sometimes you just need a lift .. he did take some money off but not much .. trucks sell like hot cakes so he knew he could sell it and be done so shame on us for trusting. My issue is by law this truck should have not passed ny state inspection and when I said that his response was ok so what do what you have to do … oh by the way he was rip roaring mad about the one star .. and as a business person we don’t like to bash other businesses but this is not nice and gives all of us a bad name !

Reading the recent reply by the owner in the last review makes it seem when people complain their reply is smart guy “funny” and “lol.” This business for sale I see listing online. I barely ever see anyone going inside this place. Always empty not much foot traffic in the slums of Patchogue route 112. I hear their high interest rate car loans don’t help the local community with rising expenses and costs. The local always complain about the 25% car loan their always rushing to pressure you into 100% financing.

I’ve bought two cars from Mitch and every time he came through and did me right the most recent car he even changed the brakes before he let me leave the lot which most used car salesman would not do and I usually want nothing to do with used car salesman with the exception of Mitch, he doesn’t pressure you or follow you around he lets you look freely and he’s a very genuine guy as well go to Mitch you will not regret it!

I was considering buying from here and see several bad reviews from people whom bought cars from here. I see the dealership response to them is that they have no records of them ever buying from them and then say how come they haven't called to complain. That response is confusing to me as far as saying how come they didn't call to complain. To those who they're saying never bought a car from them can y'all produce your receipt? If so that's bad business for them to say they never bought a car from them when they actually did. This isn't a review but I had to post this because IF those bad reviews are telling the truth then the dealership may need to face the truth of their bad reviews and apologize to them.

Brought a car yesterday from here engine blew already my cuzzin told me about this place and warned me before I made a deal only had a few bucks I was working with if you want a good car and one that won’t break down on you I highly recommend you do not go to this car lot !!! Needs to be shut down selling burn out cars !!!

Absolutely loving my 2009 jeep grand cherokee I bought from mitch. Price was great and never felt pressured. He was totally honest with every question I asked. When you buy used there's always problems. Told him what was wrong and he went above and beyond to fix the issues. He actually found something I didn't know what was wrong and fixed it. No questions asked. Would highly recommend and will definitly be back when im ready to buy another car.
