BAIT & SWITCH
I went in to test out Hybrid mattresses before buying as I had a double-sided, pillow-top Kingsdown mattress for about 25 years and finally knew it was time for a change.
Both my husband and I are side-sleepers. Sal first tried to sell us a dirty floor model and then tried to discourage me and sway my husband away from a hybrid mattress.
Then he pulled the BAIT & SWITCH . Told us all about the Eastman House mattress and sold us a $1999 floor model that should be &5000 new. BUT it ISN’T an Eastman House mattress!!!
This IS THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE HARD mattress I’ve ever tried to sleep on. It’s been 10 days and I haven’t gotten 1 good night sleep and every part of my body that touches the mattress is sore - remember- we are side sleepers. I feel like Sal just needed to get this mattress off the showroom floor! LKE A
HORRIBLE SLIMY USED CAR SALESMAN
he would’ve made the same amount of money if he just sold me the mattress I came in to buy!

Got an amazing deal on a Helix mattress and a oversized chaise lounge couch from the experts at Patchogue Sleepworks! Anthony and Elwin truly know their stuff and we're incredibly accomodating in helping me find exactly what was right for me! 11/10 would reccomend to everyone!

Absolutely the best place around! One stop shopping! Got a couch, mattress and dresser! Anthony and Elwin are the best, so personable and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend if you need any type of mattress or home furnishings!

Elwin co owner states they price match but they do not. I found a price of 864.05 and when I questioned why my invoice says 1035.04 he said he had to add another shipping cost on top of one I was already charged. Delivery date kept changing, Elwin also never disclosed important information about the process and that his store was the corporate store I had found out more info at another store. Felt like these people were not honest and didn’t want to price match even though they advertise it. Elwin never apologized just got sour and never had his employee Jerry apologize for inappropriate comments. Overall bad experience, I do not recommend this store. Karma!

2 stars for the mattress that we purchased. It is so uncomfortable. We thought maybe it needed 3 months to finally break in and it’s been 7 months and it’s still so uncomfortable. In the store it felt amazing so I’m not sure what happened? We were going to get the purple mattress but was talked / spooked of buying it from mattress firm and to buy a mattress from your store by the salesman. We regret purchasing this mattress.

Sal and Joe could not have been better, they were very knowledgeable about all the mattresses, we made a few changes after the sale and delivery and they were very accommodating. No high pressure sales here, best experience we ever had buying a mattress, highly recommend!

I just bought this gorgeous couch from Elwin at Sleepworks, it is the most comfortable couch I have ever owned! I was able to custom build the pieces I wanted to fit my space perfect and I wanted the lounger part and it is power reclining and lays down almost flat and some other pieces are reclining as well. Price was great. Everywhere else was a lot more expensive! I would rather go to a mom and pop local furniture and get the service, attention and quality then a BIG Chain store.. My go to spot for furniture and mattresses. See Elwin!
