Went to the Patchogue Staples because I desperately needed a new desk chair. The gentlemen that I worked with were wonderful, helpful, friendly and so wanted to make sure that I received exactly what I needed. I was so impressed with them because in a time when associates in any retail store really don't care or want to work, these guys were fantastic. Thank you Patchogue Staples.

Lady name is Sara in chat section , she told me entire time she will assemble my chair and she said go first counter and pay for chair and assemble then I will assemble ur chair . I came counter and after paid for chair and assemble now counter said no assemble today … come tomorrow. So Sara and counter the playing game . They lazy don’t n wanna work for assemble chair . Please HR do ur investigation. My transaction happens between 1245 to 1251 .

Beware if you’re returning your Amazon returns here. On 3 recent occasions they mark returns as damaged to Amazon and I am penalized 25% of my refund. All items were still new in packaging. When I asked the female sales clerk about it yesterday she said that it’s not them but Amazon. Within 2 minutes I received my refund marked damaged by STAPLES. When speaking with Amazon they confirmed it was the woman employee who is processing them this way not them. Here’s the ironical part- Amazon doesn’t pick up damaged returns the stores advises to discard. Nice little scam they have going on.

Wow! Melanie who works at the Amazon return counter is top notch. She is fast, efficient and super friendly. It is so nice to see an employee who knows her Jon, enjoys her job and gets the customers in and out.

Staples is a clean and well kept store. It's organized well and offers many products on sale. I like that I can use my rewards to add discounts as a teacher.
