My nieces cat has had terrible allergies for a year. Her last vet just kept giving steroids and didn't recommend blood work or much else. A colleague referred me here and we have been blown away by: 1) the empathy on the phone 2) the availability for an appt 3) the time Dr.Tara took to listen to the background, review records from the former vet, and explain a strategy. We aren't sure if the treatments will work yet, but we know we are in good hands!

Can not say enough good things about the vet. She truly cares about your pet and not just $$. She was reasonably priced, gentle and loving. She will be my forever vet! Thank you Dr. T!

I discovered this clinic when my cat had an emergency event. I was able to secure an appointment in a timely manner. The receptionist was thorough in getting and giving information. All of the staff was pleasant and helpful. Dr. Tara Trojan was amazing and compassionate. She rapidly assessed my cat's condition and discussed with me her treatment plan. She gave him a thorough exam and treated him gently and with care. He was noticeably feeling better by that evening. The doctor gave clear follow up plans and was available for any further concerns. I received a follow up phone call the next day.In addition to receiving excellent care the cost was fair. I can not recommend this clinic enough. Going forward they will be my pet's care givers!

I cannot say enough good things about Family pet clinic they really care Dr Troyan and Dr Perkins and the staff are dedicated to your pet they really love what they do they are amazing my cat Angel went from being great to overnight losing muscle movement and not lifting her head she is not the best cat to work with. i call her spicy lol after 3 hours at the office of them being patient and caring they were able to determine what was wrong and 4 days later Angel is back to normal Dr Troyan saved her life

I would highly recommend this veterinarian. The staff is wonderful and Dr. Troyan was amazing with our puppy. She diagnosed him immediately and sent us to a specialist. She's so responsive and answered all of my questions. She's caring and sympathetic. She called me back any time I left a message, even after hours. I'm grateful we found her! And since we only have a six-month old puppy, I look forward to having him be seen by Dr. Troyan and the amazing staff members there.

The amazing doctor Tryoan and and her team saved my dog's life 2 years ago from what could have been a deadly disease. Going above and beyond. Unfortunately he had to reoccurance and we had to make the devastating decision.. Again her team and she helped us through this most difficult time. I strongly recommend this animal hospital they are hands down the most caring people in their industry

This place is 100% about the money, not caring for you or your pet. Had issues with correct dosing of medication for my dog, not just once, not just twice but three times, that issue was a blatant display of 100% incompetence... They refuse to deal with chewy or any online pharmacy stating that they've had problems with incorrect prescriptions in the past, yea right! I'm confident that they would rather sell you rx's at their super inflated prices. Their latest is a big sign in the parking lot that says: "Please be kind to our staff, aggressive behavior will not be tolerated" Maybe they need to reassess how their staff deals with their patients if it's gotten to the point that they need to put up a sign in the parking lot.

Called troyan on the afternoon of 9/20 looking for an appointment. I had to give a $60 dollar deposit before I was even told the date and time at which point I asked for 5 minutes to call back to make sure someone could bring the dog at that time. Within 5 minutes I called back to tell them we couldn't make it. Now I'm told the staff let me know that I could apply it for a later date which they never told me that. So they slammed thru a $60 debit payment to hold an appointment for 5 minutes? Stay away from these people, apparently understanding and compassion is not part of their business plan.

Horrible people. Will never go back in. Very rude and disrespectful. The Vet should be more careful with the people they hire to represent their business.

I brought my dog there as an emergency visit and Dr. Troyanne said he was breathing ok and when I questioned if he had to be on oxygen overnight she said no. Well 2 hrs later I had to rush him to Atlantic animal hospital for them to tell me he is not going to make it. This happened in April. In June I get a bill for $40 saying I owed cus the ding dong at the office ran my card for the wrong amt. no emphatic no sorry for your loss just a bill for my dead baby who was my life. I wrote them a letter and rather than apologizing and doin the right thing they refused to help my mother with her dog due to the last name and was Nasty to her' !

We have been going here for over a year and never had an issue until today. While the dr was so very nice and informative, the office staff is awful! We will not be going back. My dog (who never had an issue before here) was a little anxious about getting shots, they came out and had me muzzle her (which I have never done). They gave her the shots and I spoke with the dr. The tech comes out with an attitude and basically told me my dog needs to be trained. lol what?! That's not what the dr said, she said she has anxiety and it happens and we had a great conversation. The tech proceeded to give me an attitude. I paid and asked to speak to the office manager, who was even worse! This woman proceeded to yell and not listen to what I said or my issue. While I understand and totally agree that my pup may have a little anxiety, I don't agree with how she spoke to me, which is what I was trying to explain. Rather than just say I understand your issue and I will look into it, she tells me that I'm wrong and that this girl is her best tech blah blah blah. She then comes out with my records. I already had made another appointment elsewhere from the parking lot. The vets are fantastic but the office staff is awful! You can't go in with your pet, so god knows how they are even handling them.

I found this gem of an establishment on accident after my vet of 20+ years retired. She cares for my 3 dogs and 1 cat and I couldn’t be happier. She is professional, kind, compassionate, thorough and CLEARLY cares about the pets and the owners. She treats the pets as if they were her own, and her clinical judgment is sound. They offer a lot of services right in that office and Dr. Troyan is an expert in her field. I whole-heartedly trust her judgment and she does not try to overcharge or upsell as I hear so many of my friends have experienced with their veterinarians. Recently, I had to put my pup down, and the grace and compassion she had for my rubble and for my family was above and beyond. You cannot teach care and compassion. Am so grateful I found dr. Troyan.Her staff is equally amazing- kind, helpful and always professional, and on a few occasions I had to see one of her associates who were right on the money and were excellent.

The vets and back of house are great. Excellent veterinary care. That is if you can get past Jackie at reception. For someone who works in customer service she does not know how to talk to people who pay her salary. You can call them multiple times getting voicemail after voicemail and then when she finally decides to get around to calling you back she will down talk you and allege that their are 3 lines and they always ring. Threatening to involve the "office manger" and charge a no show fee. I've had issues before and let it go because of covid and they might be busy but this is out of hand. I will never spend another penny of my money there. Again great vet. Terrible, atrocious, lack luster customer service / front of house

Nobody does pet care better than Troyan Tara and her office . The prices are right and the staff is wonderful. Wouldn't bring my dog anywhere else
