Matt is the best! My fiancé messed up my tan lines and we went the day before our wedding as a last ditch effort. Matt was very knowledgeable, he applied a sample, and gave fantastic instructions. Give Matt a raise!

Alexis’s knowledge is unmatched—she truly understands the science behind hair care, from the chemicals in each product to how they work together for the best results. I have autoimmune diseases and have experienced hair and scalp changes due to various health conditions and medications. No matter what challenges I’m facing, Alexis always knows exactly how to treat my hair so it looks and feels healthy, vibrant, and full of life again.

I had the worst experience at the salon here. I went for a simple gray cover which I’ve done in the past with great results. This time Veronica gave me a completely different color root, and didn’t even cover any of the grays at all. She convinced me to do a “bang trim” so she could proceed to turn me away from the mirror and cut chunks of the grays down to the root assuming I wouldn’t notice when I got home. At the end of the service she even had the nerve to say “ooh the formula for your color is right here in the system” which tells me she didn’t even take a second to look and try to get it right. Not only is this extremely unprofessional but it’s outright disrespectful to go to that length before admitting you made a mistake and trying to cover it up by destroying someone’s hair. I hope nobody has the same experience I had and I will be gladly going somewhere else who values their customers.

**EDIT:** Came back today to exchange an item and spoke to Andy. They were so, so nice and hilarious to talk to. We spoke to him about the issue we had yesterday and they said they would have a talk with their employee. The rest if the employees that were there were super lovely.
I hate to leave negative reviews but man I feel the need to say something after just leaving this location. Went to Ulta with a friend of mine because she wanted to buy some products for her hair and skin care routine. We went to check-out and when the items were being rung up she had made just a remark to me on how expensive the products had gotten. She wasn't causing a scene, or making a ruckus, or complaining to the cashier. Well, I guess your cashiers forget we literally have eyeballs because she rolled her eyes, sucked her teeth and exchanged a dirty look with the cashier right besides her. As someone who used to work for customer service I understand hearing the same thing gets irritating sometime's, but good Lord, at least wait until we're gone.
I would expect this behaviour from a teenager but pretty sure she was an adult. We didn't get the chance to look at her name tag but she appeared to be of Indian descent. We were there around 12:15 P.M.

No body picks up there phones unreal called almost few times within 45 minutes mins I left a debit card there of course no one is picking up horrible service. That store is not that busy people are floating around like ghost
