My family made an appointment and then was ignored an hour past the appointment time. When we tried to see what was up, they tried to imply their time management was our fault by suggesting we should have simply booked on a day when we had hours free and nothing else to do.
This store is a community clown college where the syllabus is you, the customer.

Todas we were attended by German, and he did an amazing job. He was very patient, polite, and very knowledgeable. I am very thankful for all his support and effort. I highly recommend him if you really want the best of all worlds. He was all in one, knowledge, capacity, expert, and patient.

I had an excellent experience at this Patchogue Verizon today. Todd was so helpful and kind. I came in super stressed. The screen on my phone, that I use personally and for work, stopped responding. Todd sorted it all out and got my the help I needed to get back on track. He truly saved the day!

Just a little over a year ago I left a 5 star review for this same location, under their business link. However, I’m writing today to share a disappointing experience I had with one of the store managers, Steve.
I visited the store because my phone wouldn’t turn on, and I needed help. Unfortunately, instead of offering real support, Steve, this location's store manager, only quoted company policy and said the issue wouldn’t have happened if I had chosen a more expensive plan. The only options he gave me were to buy a new phone or use an old one I already owned. I left feeling frustrated and unsupported.

I went to pick up an online order but before retrieving it out of the locker i wanted to buy an accessory first...all members were busy with other customers i stood there for about 5 minutes and not one of them assured me someone would help while another employee sat and watched from the back very poor customer service

Good easy to deal with staff. You can be in and out in no time if that's what you want or they will go through all the steps with you and walk you through setups and or problems you may have.

Went to Verizon Patchogue and was serviced by the most incredible knowledgeable professional sales rep Anthony. He was a sample of pure professionalism that took the time to hear my needs and service me accordingly. He made me feel like I wanted to stay loyal and be a customer of Verizon forever. We are customers for 17 years and would never go to another provider. Anthony is another great product of fine superior customer service of the Verizon family.
