Went to Verizon Patchogue and was serviced by the most incredible knowledgeable professional sales rep Anthony. He was a sample of pure professionalism that took the time to hear my needs and service me accordingly. He made me feel like I wanted to stay loyal and be a customer of Verizon forever. We are customers for 17 years and would never go to another provider. Anthony is another great product of fine superior customer service of the Verizon family.

The sales associate Anthony was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He went over my whole plan told me what I needed and what I didn’t need and was able to lower my bill $60 a month and was able to get me into a new I phone 14 pro. I can’t thank him enough for all the help that night.

This Verizon store doesn’t even deserve 1 star but unfortunately it’s the only option. A large group of rude, lazy men who aren’t interested in helping costumers. I was told to call a hotline number for my issue but once I left went to the Sayville location with no issues. My sister got a phone there during this horrendous encounter and the guy helping her refused to set it up or transfer anything for her. I would never step foot in this location again!

Always have very pleasant experiences with particular Verizon location. Anthony was very helpful with getting a new phone and setting up a new plan. Never had a bad experience here .

I recently visited this store to see my options on upgrading phones and managing my plan. Anthony very clearly went through several options that were available to me and maintained his patience with all my questions throughout. He provided me really valuable information and I am thrilled with the plan I selected. The next day I cam in to trade in one of my older iphones and Ronnel walked me through the whole process to make sure I received the appropriate value and limited process headaches. Needless to say, very happy with the service provided by Anthony and Ronnel

Today I had the misfortune of dealing with Ernesto, I thought Brian was bad, but man was I wrong. Ernesto is the most rude condescending person I've ever dealt with at any store. Ernesto thought it was funny to make fun of me after I told him my problems with my phone. He refused to take responsibility for his employee taking the insurance off my phone and blamed it on me saying I declined it, which I never did. I wasn't even trying to get anything for free I literally wanted to pay $1500 for a new phone and was refused service .I tried to restart the conversation and shake his hand to apologize if I came of rude. I told him I didn't find him making fun of my situation very funny. At that point he refused to shake my hand and then told me he refuses to help me. Then he threatened to mess up my Verizon account, he took his iPad and waved it at me saying "I have your account" and something else but I couldn't hear him because I was already walking out of the store. If Verizon thinks its funny to have employees that make fun of handicapped people they really need to rethink their corporate values. Ernesto really needs an attitude check. I will never do business with Verizon again. Ended up going to the Apple store and getting my new iPhone 15 Pro Max there. Guess Ernesto didn't care about his commission nor did he care about fixing my phone. Talk about terrible service. GOOD BYE VERIZON

Been with verizon for over 20 yrs. I was made to pay a transfer fee which they said is new - meanwhile the guy helping us had issues , i had to call customer service and have them walk me to walk him through it, and bc store was then closing we had to leave and it took abut 12 hrs to transfer while we were told 30 min. Why did i pay for it when i called and did the work? Also my father went to a diffrent store - no charges - free phones- no upgrade fees (as we been elwgiable for 2 yrs for new ones) and their bill went down with new phones and adding a line! This store did nothing for us but chrage us $$$. Very unhappy! Will not be back - only to get to get back my $29 fee .

My phone had installed an eSIM and it is not a fully developed technology, the phone shuts down all the time, it is 90% all the time showing SOS and I have to turn it off and then turn it back on but most of the times doesn't work that stupid trick.

This may be the worst store to exist on planet earth. Every time I come here the experience is 0/100. RUDE, DISHONEST, UNEDUCATED sales people. The lowest of the low in this store. Beware of Brian he is a real snake. I come here only because I am forced too. Still waiting for a problem from almost 3 years go with my iPhone. Since I've upgraded to the iPhone 14 nothing has worked, my phone was given to me unactivated (by the store) and I was told to leave and come back. This store was unwilling to help me activate my 14 pro that I spent a lot of money for or even leave me with a working phone. When I came into get a new line for my business Brian sold me the moon, and told me I would get a $500 gift card. He gave me the rebate number and told him if I ever needed anything to call him. Well the rebate number he gave me didn't work/his handwriting was so bad I couldn't read it. I gave him a call multiple times, he never helped me. Neither did anyone in the store, then when I decided to deactivate my phone, they also would not help me in the store. Fast forward to today, I game in with my God Father who is 90 so he can get a phone to stay in touch with family or incase of emergency. The employees refused to let us look at either phone he was interested in. Then when we agreed to just buy the phone they wouldn't tell us how much the monthly bill would be. How could they expect him to agree to a contract when they do not give a monthly price listed. Some serious scam artist's at this store very nasty people. Verizon should shut this location down before it ruins their reputation even more. Scourge on our society!!!!

I went in trying to get info on Home Internet, I was there for about 10 minutes, nobody greeted me neither offered any help.Very disappointed!
