She helped us find what we were looking for quickly. It’s nice and refreshing to have such wonderful and personable people like Dee working at Rite Aid!”
“I am very sick and finally able to have a virtual visit with my doctor around 4:30pm this afternoon, my doctor sent the prescription to Rite Aid and I know they close at 5pm and I know there is no way I could get my medication today. Surprisingly I received a phone call from the pharmacist Dominy at 4:46pm and informed me the medication is ready to pick up and she will wait for me. I felt the care and she went above and beyond to take care her customer’s need. All I want to say and give to Dominy and Rite Aid is a big “THANK YOU”!!!”

Why a dullard would complain about the pharmacy department, after being towed from the chain stores lot, after parking unlawfully is symbolic of the mess we are in today.”

“We stop in here quite often when the Stop & Shop in New Milford is closed and we need several items and don't feel like spending more at Big Y. I love that it's open until midnight, that's really helpful if you need a quick item. The store is always clean, bright, and well stocked. The bakery is great! The banana bread and blueberry muffins are amazing! The vanilla cupcakes we bought were moist and fresh, and they tasted wonderful. Always check the dates on the cakes, they print when they made them, which is great because you know how fresh they are. The store has lots more balloons and flowers than the Danbury locations. The flowers were all very nice with a huge selection. They had a cute display with pumpkins. The meats were good. The produce was still hit or miss. The watermelons looked fine, but the berries didn't look too good. The staff were all very nice and very helpful as usual, especially the young man working the self checkouts. Self checkout is great, they run it well. The only issue is the seafood, it doesn't look or smell too fresh. Other than that, this store is still good. 4 stars”

“I recently visited the cvs located on Padanaram road because the cvs on Lake Ave ext did not have the prescription we needed. I also needed another item. First I want to compliment the young lady who was at the prescription pick up line. Her name is Ana. The line was long and she managed 2 registers at the same time keeping the line moving answering questions all with a smile and total professionalism! She was patient and helpful to everyone she took care of. I also needed help with another item which Anaiyah helped me with. She walked me to 2 different aisles helping me look for the item. And when she couldn't find it she looked it up on her phone and found it. Without her help I'd still be looking for it. Excellent customer service. Totally impressed with both of these beautiful young ladies!”
